On March 23, 2022, BBB Serving New Hampshire opened an investigation
into Tactical Firearms and Archery. This investigation was prompted by
complaints and reviews citing failure of the business to deliver purchased
products. Payments were made through PayPal and Zelle. Tactical Firearms and
Archery encouraged customers to purchase through lesser-known payment sites as
well as by using Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
The business website also featured "blog posts"
which are in fact articles copied directly from prominent firearm
sites/magazines (such as "Guns and Ammo"). These blog posts do not
credit the source of their wording or imagery. At this time, the business’s
website is no longer active.
BBB Serving New Hampshire attempted to contact Tactical
Firearms and Archery in order to address these issues, but no response was
received. Mail sent to their address was returned and the phone number that we
have for the business has been disconnected.
Currently the pattern of complaints regarding non-delivery
remains unaddressed by the business, and the BBB of NH cannot verify any
