      I rented an excavator from Milton Rents in ********** from September 20th to the 27th.They picked up the excavator on Monday the 30th. I asked if I could pay to keep it another day but they said it was going straight to another job. That day they charged my credit card $297 with no explanation or receipt but I assumed it was for diesel fuel because we didnt have a chance to fill the tank all the way after we cleaned and inspected it Then 11 days later on Oct 10th I received a phone call saying they found damage on the excavator. I said we inspected it and it wasnt damaged when it left our yard so it must have been the job after us because it went straight to another site. On Oct 14 I received an email with two pictures, one of a sensor that was not damaged and one that was. You can clearly see they arent even the same sensor. I let them know we did not cause that damage and that the pictures where not even the same sensor. On Oct ************************************************************************************************************ The report said it was a brand new excavator when we received it, and it was. It also said it was never greased. I have 3 people besides myself that greased it during our time of rental. Then it said there was a broken sensor. So there were multiple faulty things in that report. So I questioned them in a return email. Their response was short and didnt answer my questions. I then asked more questions and for pictures of the excavator on my property showing the broken sensor because the only picture they provided was a close up. They provided pictures but none of them show the excavator on my property with the broken sensor. I have attached the pictures they provided and you can see the pictures of the excavator on my property are all dry except the close up of the broken sensor is wet. They are only providing that one picture of the broken sensor and its so close up you cant even tell if its the same excavator.

      I would still like to proceed with this complaint.  I dont believe the pictures were taken at the same time or all on my property.
