I have worked with this company for years now, they are now Milton Rents. The drivers that haul the equipment are carless and damage property and leave a mess when done, this has happened several times, they don't communicate at a professional level. Thing that has happened since I have started renting from them, I have had employees stuck in machines for hours due to machine failures and when I had a problem or showed displeasure to the mechanic because my guy was ready to quit because he was so pissed being stuck for so long, I was meet with ridiculous kick back recently as a repeat customer. Machines moved to the wrong property. When they were bought out by Cat, the employees did not respond well. The new computer system is not to the standers of the employees. ******** and complaining to renters that spend hundreds of thousands of dollars. Not caring when small companies are being affected monetarily as well as time by their inability to work as a team and communicate with their customers. As a customer/business owner, when you tell someone, you are going to credit someone, and you debit them for thousands of dollars without notice, it is retaliatory and a terrible business practice. The stress of owning a company is hard enough but when you are careless and operate with emotions and not professional standards it affects everyone. When a repeat customer is unsatisfied with the company it is doing business with, maybe its internal and not just the customer's fault.
