  Progressively gone downhill at the location in **********, ** - *******************. Repairs and maintenance issues are not done in a timely manner. It was six months until the ceiling fans were repaired/or replaced. Now there are 2 or 3 toilets that are in need of repair. Only two toilets were operational. The automatic flush didn't work on one that was available. The women's restroom floor looks filthy.

  Planet Fitness is a terrible company. They will take your money under the pretense of Were helping you get in shape! but really, all of their locations are jam packed, not always clean, and never have enough equipment. I quite literally had to go on a scavenger **** to cancel my best friend and Is membership, and then, these fools try to charge us each $50. Nice try. An absolute scam. The locations in ******* are all trashy, just like the company. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself a headache. Go to another gym, walk outside do literally anything except doing business with Planet Fitness.As for Planet Fitness corporate: do better you scum. In an era where people can hardly afford anything, you have no right to claim peoples money like that. You people make it so easy to sign up, but I had to fight and fight a war to get you people to leave us ALONE. Nobody wants to do business with a crappy company like this. Im making sure to spread my experience all over.

  **************** is a joke at this business. These people need class on customer service and how to treat a paying members. I was treated very poorly and will be canceling my membership asap. I see why the BBB customer ratings for this company are not good!

  Regarding the branch located at ***********************************************************, they make it much easier to sign up for a membership than to cancel it. You can sign up on line but you have to mail a letter or go in person to cancel.

  The fact that you can sign up or upgrade your membership online but can only cancel in-person is outrageous! It definitely works well for the company, as I have paid for months while not using their facility due to no longer living in the area and overall hating my experience at PF. Consumers should not have to waste time or money appearing at the location or sending snail mail. It is 2024, let's get past this "in-person only" BS.

  Planet Fitness at **************************************************************************. ***** is the worse gym with poor management. I was a loyal Black Card member for 15 months. On May 1,2024 after my workout and as I was walking out **** the manager called me to the front desk to tell me my membership was canceled. I asked her why and she acused me of recording a female working out. I told her it was not true. She told me she got 3 complaints that day and their cameras showed me recording. I told them I'd show them my phone to prove no pictures or recording were taken but she refused my explanation. I pleaded for her to reinstate it but refused. In May 29th I went shopping at the ************ next door to the gym. On my way out I saw a friend and started a conversation. Then ****************** the assistant and **** a staff member came outside to confront, intimidate and harass me. They told me I was trespassing. I told them to call police cause I was doing no wrong. The walkway at that plaza that connects numerous businesses is a public walkway and they can't stop me from being there. I sat on my ****** by the Dollar Store to wait for my ride since I am a handicapped Marine Veteran suffering with CIDP and can't drive. While I waited they came out again to intimidate me. Members have complained about a gym member and a staff member exchanging money for weed right underneath their cameras but they don't take action against them. I have complained about same member parking in handicap parking in front of their gym and they tell me they can't do anything about it, that I need to complain to property owner. Yet me standing on walkway is trespassing? They do nothing to enforce broken policies inside gym because they just stand behind desk gossiping. They don't say nothing to members recording with tripods. They seem to be bias against Mexican members. Worse gym with poor management. No wonder they can't keep managers employed there. They have prohibited me from joining any of their gyms. Cold hearted

  Ive been a member of planet fitness for about a year and a half. The location I go to has also been open for about a year and a half and I loved it at first. Lately however, *** noticed some questionable repairs to some of the equipment. A couple of ellipticals had broken foot pieces that were fixed with copious amounts of glue of some sort. The glue has since been sanded down but is still obviously glued. I have also noticed that many of the ellipticals have a sort of wonky/clunky stride and just feel like they could tighten a few screws that hold it all together. Lastly, I noticed a rack that holds foam rollers on the wall to be half pulled out. Someone then, in vein, tried to repair it with a comical amount of black tape as if from a cartoon. I have contacted management of the location but nothing has been done. I cannot find a contact number to complain to planet fitness itself so here I am. I will be cancelling my membership and finding a new gym that actually has the safety of their patrons as a priority.

  I find the Planet Fitness in **********, ** very bias to the left with the ** channels that they force you to watch. When you approach front desk and ask a question about these bias stations, They say that "Corporate tells us what stations to play." ********* and the View are not for me or my friends. Bye, Bye Planet Fitness

  I had a membership at *******************, ****** location. Absolute Blunt and ******** management staff on site as well as Head quarter: I had stumbled upon unexpected medical issue and had to cancel the membership, they did not consider the fact that I have barely used gym for 45 days plus I was late by 6 days to cancel it. When I ask them politely to issue a refund, they kept repeating a line "when you signed an agreement, it stated annual enrollment fee is non refundable". They act as a rigid business people, NO consideration of whatsoever for a human being. If I was treated right, I might have given a thought to go back to this location with my wife as well to workout but now Big NO NO.The business system is such that they pass the ball around to each other, leading to customer frustration. Forget about retention and long term growth.
