    I visited this Subway on 7/30 and purchased two sandwiches in person for $25.01. When I opened one of the sandwiches a couple minutes after leaving the store, it was apparent the bread was not fully cooked- the dough was raw and sticking to the paper. I discarded both subs, not wanting to eat raw dough. I emailed Subway requesting a refund, and was contacted by a Subway representative who asked for the order number to refund me. I told him I did not have a receipt as I had not taken one when I left the store, but provided him with my credit card statement as well as photos of the sub, and asked what further information I could provide to get a refund. He did not respond, I emailed him back again on 8/2 to again request a refund and still have not heard back as of 8/5.

    This seems so silly that I have to file a complaint with this.......
    I used the Subway app to make an order 10/8/22 and my credit card was charged $11.92. I also used $4 in Subway Rewards. When I arrived to pick up my order, the store was closed. I used the Subway website to ask for a refund the following Monday and did hear back from Jeff S*** (who I'm guessing is the franchise owner) via email the following Thursday. He apologized for the restaurant being closed during its posted business hours said he would submit a request for refund.
    Since then, I have not heard from anyone despite 2 additional emails to Jeff S*** and 3 additional requests via the Subway website. My credit card has not been credited, nor have my Rewards credits been refunded.
