    6/24/23 got to store
    Gave template of kitchen 4 inch backsplash quartz countertop
    Old countertop and sink removal
    New sink would be plumbed in
    $3,100 Down Payment
    Would call to set up visit for template
    Didnt call I had to call
    Told we could not have backsplash not enough stone
    Couldnt remove old countertops had to hire someone to remove+level
    Sink to be removed by contractor
    No recommendations on contractor
    Told to remove 2x4s under sink
    Contractor cant remove 2x4s its only thing holding sink up
    Told work to be done by 7/25 to install
    Called for install told stone on backorder didn't have it
    Called again told stone was there someone would call 7/31 to schedule install
    Never called had to call to schedule told did not have the stone was lied to it wouldn’t be there for a week
    No call when stone came had to call again to confirm

    Showed up 30 minutes past time frame given
    They took out 2x4s under the sink
    Told I had to hire someone to put wooden brace under sink where 2x4s were taken out or stone would crack if pressure applied
    Sink had not been plumbed in
    Stone seams don't line up
    Piece of my cabinet was ripped off and left
    Stone doesn't sit flush with the wall major gap
    Floor covered in debris
    Entire piece of stone not glued down
    Final Payment-Took picture of credit card left without giving receipt $3,000
    8/18 Sent email to company describing all problems
    No Response called 8/28 told they never got the email
    Sent email again confirmed received
    Told they would contact the owner, show him the email, have him back
    Did not call had to call again 9/7
    Told owner was out would call back
    No call called again 9/8
    Told owner was out would call back
    Owner called stated that not his fault that there are problems
    Asked what I wanted him to do, I said fix it
    He stated was nothing to fix he had never seen any email asked him to read email I sent as it states everything wrong/need to be fixed
    Refused to read email as he did install refuses to accept anything wrong
