    I purchased a 1000 piece puzzle that only had 997 pieces. The box that the puzzle comes in states that they have a 100% Happiness Guarantee. We weren't happy.They advised that they would not refund us but would send a replacement. We agreed to doing the puzzle again. But guess what? The 2nd puzzle when done had 998 pieces - 2 big holes in the puzzle that is going to be framed and hung in my grandchildrens bedroom. On the 2nd call to ***************** they advised me that they don't refund and that the machines sometimes cause ythe puzzles pieces to stick - but that's not their fault.I asked to speak to the supervisor and also forwarded the snippy email response her employee sent me.The supervisor responded and stated that they do not give refunds. Too bas so sad was pretty much the tone of the email.I want others to know that White Mountain sells faulty products and doesn't honor the purchaser when they knowingly are aware of their faulty products. They lack in product manufacturing, quality control and marketing, as well as customer service.I did take the 1st puzzle back to where I purchased it, Bealls in ****************, ******* and they were very nice in honoring their sales and refunded me because I had my receipt. The real point here is that White Mountain has caused my husband and I distress now over 2 of their puzzled and there will not be a third puzzle from them, but others need to know.Thank you **************************** Standard
