  I dont often write lengthy reviews, but theres a lot to unpack here and if youre considering hiring this company, its worth a read. But if youd like the nutshell version I wouldnt let them pack my groceries! Our family moved from ** to ** and between my wife, my brother and myself, we packed a 28 trailer full and everything arrived with no damaged items. We hired Daniels Moving/NEMM to pack two 28 trailers and in the end, they caused an estimated $4k-$6k worth of damages to our belongings. Its estimated because weve yet to receive the final invoice for some of our belongings that are being *********** all, the Daniels Moving/NEMM crew showed up to our house We told the crew that we rented two 28 trailers and even though we were renting them by the foot, that we had no problem with them using every inch of both trailers, as long as our belongings were safe. They loaded boxes with RED arrows pointing up, upside down. Boxes with 4-6 FRAGILE stickers on them were packed on the bottom of stacks with boxes marked HEAVY on ******* crew member injured himself by accepting a bet of another crew member to lift ALL of my wifes weights at the same time, the owner (**** ******) called me asking why one of his guys was at the ** and then said that if my wife and I didnt write out statements, that we/our insurance could be liable.After all of this, **** ****** told us that because we didnt hire them to drive our belongings to next destination, that they are not liable. When I requested that he just file the claim with insurance, he told me that it could take up to 6 months and that it would likely be denied. After a month, I reached out for an update and was told that he had been busy with personal things and that he would file it. A week later we asked for the claim number and thats when he began ignoring us and we havent heard from him since.

  We had a terrible experience with Daniel's Moving. They estimated our move would cost $4,000-$5,000 after doing a complete inventory of our items and charged us $8,000 instead. It was a total bait and switch. When I contacted Fred A***** to attempt to understand how the estimate could have been off by nearly 100% he offered to refund me $500 and then never sent it despite my follow-ups. I've never had such an unprofessional experience in my life and do NOT recommend using this company.

  Regrettably, there are just those time when you cant make someone happy. Daniels Moving & Storage was very transparent with pricing, timing and what to expect with start to finish. Unforurtunetly, there was some misunderstanding on Ms. H***'* part after the fact. This was a 2 day job, that required 2 truck and 4 men to complete, also working 10-12 hours a day, as per the quote. All charges were explained in detail at time of initial walkthrough and day of packing and loading. The customer signed the Bill of Lading and paid, but now wants half the money back.
