    We rented a stationary camper at this campground for 8 days. The owner ***** constantly harassed us. One example is that instead of leaving the water valve on the camper open to drain as suggested in the manufacturers handbook, she leaves it closed. She keeps track of your water usage using the control panel which is removable and she keeps it with her. When you use water, she comes over and immediately drains it and shakes the camper while talking loudly at all hours at the window. She also has very unreasonable rules which she enforces by banging on the door at all hours. If you leave the towel basket 6 inches from where she wants it she bangs on your door and yells hello! She closely watches everything you do and there is zero privacy. There have been many complaints online about her that I only saw after we arrived. She even blamed our clogged toilet on the fact that a little girl came to say goodbye to my daughter (who is a registered guest) which made no sense since she was just at the door. ***** also has a very aggressive dog that lunges at everyone as they walk by including children. Its interesting because she has some very specific rules about aggressive dogs for others. This business promises to change out your towels daily. She didnt do that. I also have in writing that she would provide sheets for the beds. She didnt do that either. Only our bed had sheets. Our daughters bed had very scratchy plastic, and and old ratty sleeping bag. They promise to give you privacy, but that definitely didnt happen. The camper was in such a state of disrepair that we took pictures of broken things that were clearly neglected.

    1. where are the photos of this RV that ******** mentioned?
    2.   guests are absolutely prohibited, listed on the website, the rules at check-in and posted in the rental, but she had a guest 
    3.  she tried to check in during the morning but check-in is after 2, and she still tried by going to the rental on her own - trespassing on our private property
    4.  do you really think i can "shake" a 35 foot long RV which ******** claims is "stationary"?
    5.  i have the signed rules check-in sheet wherein she agreed to have no guests and then she did

    Right before this, she had a framed at my child saying that we cant hav guests (which we didnt) and said that our toilet was clogged because a child came in the camper which she didnt. She came to the door for a few seconds to say goodbye

    We were told we would have sheets for the kids bedroom. She did not provide sheets at all. It was a ripped plastic cover and an old worn out sleeping bag. That is not the same as sheets. If we knew, we would have bright bedding. Thats why I asked her. She outright lied.

    These photos show the plastic covering  that was promised to be sheets, and the state of disrepair in the camper . It clearly leaks and is moldy.

    Response to the 4 pics sent by ********:

    In one pic I see ********? we wondered why you left it that way but figured you lost it under the bunk- also I see the red sleeping bag in lovely condition that was supplied for her daughter for the bunk showing in the pic

    In another pic, the round light fixture was in a place where its easy to turn on without meaning to, which could shine into the master bed, so we removed it and placed tape over the spot- its on the ceiling..

    Another pic shows the plastic mattress cover for the bunk mattress has been slit or ripped- we noticed as well after you checked out and replaced it- they cost $12 but we didnt charge you for ripping it (we cover our mattresses to keep them clean)

    And in another pic, the pantry cupboard has been reinforced with plastic tape because the mirror on the outside of the cupboard door rattled when we purchased it, so we added tape its inside a cupboard.

    There is no mold anywhere and we have not charged ******** for the small damages, but the harassment we felt while she was here is being doubled down on now and wed like it stop or a cease and decist will be issued

    Hi,

    these pictures are dated and timed at check in. We did not damage the plastic covering. I have a time stamped and dated pic of this showing that it was not done by us. The other photo is also timed  and dated that we did not leave the ******** we showed those photos to prove that this area was not cleaned or looked at after the last person checked out. 
    As far as harassment, ***** is the one who harassed us for our entire stay. This is the whole reason we are complaining. If this escapes her then she needs to look further into her behavior.
