    I spoke to Wendy on 2/20/24 in regards to a apartment at High Ridge in Dover NH, she told me the apartment wouldn't be ready till March 8th, she sent me a application which I had to pay 50 dollar fee. I had called her back 2 days later and Dawn who I spoke with told me that the apartment was already rented out! I'm a little angry that Wendy knew that the apartment was already rented out but yet still tries to take 50 dollars out of me. I feel the are frauding potentially applicants and Shame on them for that. Just another way to Scam money out of people!

    Avise takes no responsibility for there old and outdated apartments. They just want to do as little as possible. The Laconia NH property manager is woefully under qualified for the position. But someone that’s the tenant’s problem. If you want good upkeep and repairs down on a timely matter or even want a tad ***** of respect. I suggest you not move into an Advise property.
