      supposed lawyer claiming and attempting to collect a debt owed to Anthem. I checked the insurance company and no debt was owed.

      We are a legitimate company with an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We are licensed and bonded wherever it is required. We are SOC2 type 2 audited and HITRUST Certified. I was unable to locate your account with the information your provided. Should you contact our office, we can get on a conference call with you and our client to verify our legitimacy. We can also supply you an authorization letter from our client signed by their representative with their contact information.

      They are a scam. Trying to collect a debt that doesn’t exist!! They are claiming to be a debt collector for Anthem Blue Cross however Anthem Blue Cross knows nothing about this company or the debt they claim to be trying to collect. Something needs to be done to shut this company down!!

      Similar to other stories. I thought Anthem sent me to collections. Anthem said they don't recoup via a collections agency and that only my provider can send me to collections. I called my provider and she said she didn't send anything to collections to collect anything from me. And it wouldn't make sense that she would send me to collections, since Anthem sends her payments to me directly and then I pay her. So how does Lamont, Hanley and Associates even know my name? And when my provider called them, they couldn't answer any questions about dates of checks or check numbers! They said they'd get back to her which they never did. There are unsavory people and companies out there that want to cause havoc in other people's lives for some reason as if there isn't enough chaos and havoc going on in the world!
