      I was charged for transactions from February 15, to February 16, 2025 from a vendor for a total amount of $80.00 from a company called *********** in **. I disputed the charges with **** and they said I had to contact the vendor to resolve the dispute. They gave me a website address that did not work, and I finally was able to find the site. However, there isn't any way of resolving the dispute with the vendor, and any support concerns are from a chat bot, and just provides general information. If you click on the billing issues, it informs you to dispute the charges with your bank, and they will email you, and subsequently disable the site they charged you for and refund any charges. There isn't anyway whatsoever to dispute it with the vendor, or anyway to speak to a live person, etc. Everything is automated with chat bots. The vendor, ***********, requires you to disput the charge with the vendor, and they will not do anything until the bank sends them a dispute. They will return any funds they withdrew from your account once the bank sends them the dispute from me. There isn't any other way, and the Granite State Credit Union will not send in the dispute until I dispute it with the vendor. They provide this information through the chat bot. So after 2 hours of trying to get a live person, I discovered that there isn't any possible way to dispute these errors with the vendor, (Square Space). All that **** has to do is to submit the dispute, and ************ has a policy of returning any funds they took in error. GSCU is being unreasonable and is causing me emotional distress, and anxiety attacts as a result of not submitting the dispute. They claim that I had 3 previous charges last March for $12.00 each so I had to dispute it with the vendor, (Square Space). I do not recall any relationship with this vendor, and if I had noticed the charges last year, I would have disputed them. I have attempted to dispute with vendor, and there isn't any way.

      Thank you for you most valuable assistance.  I have contacted **** yesterday and explained that the vendor/merchant required me to dispute the transaction with them, and they did not have any way of contacting them directly, apart from the chat bots.

      I noticed that Granite State Credit Union had resolved the dispute, and credited my account for the disputed amount.  It appears as if my concerns and complaint is resolved at this point, and I would request to withdraw my complaint, or note that I accept the resolution from GSCU.

      Again, Thank you very much.  This was the quickest resolution I have ever had with your organization, and I sincerely appreciate the assistance.

      GSCU is no responsive and is stating that my vehicles title is unable to titles by the state so they cannot secure my loan. DMV stated that they absolutely can title vehicle.

      GSCU has researched this complaint. The credit union has
      provided guidance to the individual as well as worked with the NH Department of
      Motor Vehicles and the out of state car dealership regarding state title laws
      and actions needed to provide a clear transfer of ownership for the vehicle in
      question. GSCU has made attempts to contact the individual to resolve this
      situation, however our calls have not been returned.
