    On 6-14/2024 I purchased ******** brand womens 40+ and mens 40+ one daily multivitamin, 90 servings at Natures Food Market in ************, ** for $73.98. I am unable to return to store because of their 30 day return policy. I called Megafood and they told me they could not take back product and return it to the store I purchased. I told them its beyond the 30 day return policy. The label states satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. I was told by Megafood, it has to be within 30 days for the guarantee. It doesnt state that on the label. Megafood said they cannot put everything on the label. (Cannot put within 30 days) I am dissatisfied because the label is misleading and I thought all ingredients were made from food. Under their logo is states from farm to tablet. Also states this product is made with food-paired vitamins and fermented minerals. The vitamin B-12 as ************** is a synthetic compound and the vitamin folate as **********. ********** is the synthetic form of folate. Megafood label is misleading. The label states money back guaranteed and this is not true. I spent alot of money on these vitamins thinking I was getting a better quality product.

    I'm sorry that you disagree with our refund policy. Although we feel that it is very transparent on our ************************** website, and that 30 days is a fair amount of time to decide if a supplement is working well for you. Your request was well after daily count contained within the bottle you purchased, and well after the ****************************************************************************************** the amount of $73.98 which will come in the form of a check to your mailing address within 2-3 weeks. In response to your other inquiry, the vitamins and minerals used in supplements are synthetic forms of the nutrients. They are paired with real food from our trusted partners. While food should always be first in getting the nutrients we need, it would be impossible to get the levels of vitamins and minerals delivered in our (and other) supplements if we were to simply include just the food.
    For example, our Vitamin C starts real organic oranges. We combine this food with ************* in order to consistently guarantee the label claim of *************** gives a meaningful potency of Vitamin C together with the goodness of the orange.     Better Business Service Staff,
    I emailed magafoods.com to cancel since they do not have this option on their website-- which should be against the law-- and they keep sending me and charging me for the product. I have enough now to last me the rest of my life. I want them to cancel service, stop sending product, and stop charging me.

    Customer reached to us on 8-25-23 regarding her subscription order that was created on January 17th 2023 to ship every 30 days using a subscription promotional code. The subscription orders shipped on Feb 16th, March 18th, April 17th, May 17th, and Aug 15th. The customer logged onto their account on May 17th to skip their June and July shipments. The same access to skip shipment is also the same location to cancel subscriptions. An email is sent out to all consumers 5 days before the scheduled shipment date of the subscriptions with a link to their subscription page to make any changes. This email was sent on Aug 11th and was opened by the consumer. The consumer refused the delivery from the May 17th shipment date that was sent via DHL (USPS) on tracking # **********************. When a package is refused, it is returned to our shipping facility, but we are not notified. We processed a refund for the May shipment that was refused in the amount of $35.67. The shipment that was sent on August 16th via DHL USPS on tracking # ********************** shows delivered on August 21st. If you would like a refund of this shipment, you would need a return authorization number and provide us with the tracking # via UPS/FEDEX, and once received a refund would be processed. Please reach out to us at [email protected] for an authorization number. We have cancelled the consumers subscription so there will not be any more shipments sent. However, for future use, please use the following steps to access and/or cancel your subscription.  We can also always be reached at [email protected] and by calling 800-848-2542 which is also listed on our website, in our emails, and on our products.

    Log into your account 
    Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner. 
    Click 'My subscriptions' on the left-hand side. 

    To access your subscriptions from a smartphone:  
    Log into your account 
    Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner. 
    You will see 'Order History' at the top. 
    Click the arrow to the right and you can scroll to click 'My subscriptions.' 

    To cancel your subscription once you are on this page you will: 
    Click ‘EDIT’  
    Then scroll to the bottom, and underneath Save Changes you will click ‘Deactivate Subscription’ in red.  
    Select a reason for Deactivating and then click ‘Continue.’ 
    Final page you will click ‘Deactivate’ one more time and your subscription is canceled.
