    Contract was fulfilled on the part of ****** *****. Cloutier Sand & Gravel never reimbursed ***** for money owed for completion of job.
    Spoke with ******** and the documents with their company name have been falsified by Cloutier Sand & Gravel. Several attempts to make contact with ******** have been unsuccessful. Please contact for *** Financial, 800-860-7926 or ****** ***** for further information. This company has been scamming from individuals as well as ********.

    In response to the complaint to Cloutier Sand & Gravel, Our DOT & MC numbers are being used fraudulently by someone to books loads. We do not haul any kind of freight( we have a couple of dump trucks). The information the provide is all false. They created their own email account, certificate of insurance is not from our insurance broker, with fake policies. Brokers need to look at application closer.
