    4/13/23 absolute flooring arrived at my home before scheduled time to refinish my hard wood floor, and apply 2 coats of high gloss polyurethane, the flooring specialist informed me he couldn't use the stain and oil based polyurethane I purchased for the job, as it would leave discoloration as stain would not dry properly, so I purchased his recommended products as an $240 price increase, so worker stripped floor and applied 2 coats of semi gloss polyurethane, there was an obvious discoloration in middle of the floor I showed it to him and he assured me it would dissipate after polyurethane had cured. He realized of the mistake with gloss of polyurethane and came back 2 days later and applied 1 coat of high gloss over the semi gloss ,and still said that discoloration line will dissipate , it has been over 6 weeks since floor has been refinished and the discoloration line is still apparent, also I've noticed two spots where polyurethane application was missed, and a couple of swirl scratches in hard wood floor that where made by his sander, he told me the discoloration lines were from the polyurethane curing process and should dissipate in two weeks,they have not. Also same company I stalled a floating flooring kitchen I believe 2/23 , when the sales person came out to start hardwood project in April I showed him a split plank in vinyl flooring caused by improper workmanship, he said he would come fix this,.I have called numerous times, emailed and texted multiple times, I very rarely get a response, it's always the same "we want to make this right " but I'm no closer to having any resolution than I was on the first day April 13,23 . No representatives have come back out

    Hi we need is cooperation as far as a day and time. We even offered a saturday for the installer and he declined it. We are trying again for end of next week. My PM is calling him today. 

    The reason behind the lines he is seeing id from poor acclimation and cold weather and the room being over an unheated garage.  We will have an inspector to meet with with PM and installer to diagnose the lines he sees in the finish.
