    I ordered a product on June 23, 2023 and paid 130.00 dollars. I ordered a customized radio strap. It has been 9 months and I stilled haven't received the radio strap. I have been messaging the owner of the business multiple times throughout the 9 months. He has come up with lie after lie stating that the strap is done and ready to be shipped. He made a shipping label with USPS back in January and the tracker says the USPS never received the package. I paid through paypal and the transaction ID is *****************. The tracking number is **********************
