    On 9/17/24, I returned order #*******. That return was pre-approved by Darn Good Yarn.The package was received by Darn Good Yarn on 9/18/24, as confirmed by *** *********** of today, 10/21/24, I still have not received my $84 refund.I have sent four emails regarding this directly to Darn Good Yarn, and have left two voicemail messages.I have never received one syllable of a reply.I want my money refunded ASAP.

    Ann's Email were not attended as unfortunately, they all went to spam folder. She reached out to us on our FB messenger on 10/22 and we responded to her immediately. The FULL refund was processed on the same day.

    I placed an order on 8.15.2024 and the order was supposed to ship in 2-3 days. It has now been almost 2 weeks (9 business days) and the order still has not shipped. I reached out a week ago and they told me their stock is in customs, but no change to the status has occurred since. At this point, it appears they are selling items they do not actually have available to sell.

    I placed an order, when I received it, the items were not what was advertised and frankly very unattractive. As these were supposed to be unique clothing pieces, I expected something unusual. These pieces were ugly. I immediately contacted the company to return items, I was given a refund approval, I returned the items at my own expense within their designated time. I have the tracking number which shows that the item was received in their NY warehouse on August 28. I have emailed 3 times asking for a refund and have heard nothing back.
