    On October 12,2023 ******* ****** (Owner and Operator of Brothers Land Management) came to my house as requested. We discussed fall seeding for the lawn, cutting a burning bush and scheduling them. He offered to order the blue grass on line (80 lb bag) and to have it delivered “next week”. Then would return on November 1st for the bush. I paid him by check $335 to Brothers Land Management that day per his request (10/12/2023) and he was to order the seed that evening online. I felt comfortable doing this as I have used his company over the last 1 1/2-2 years (even prepaying per his request). The promise he made was to have the grass seed here by the following week (do to upcoming winter months) and to cut back the burning bush on Nov. 1st. Neither service was delivered but my check was cashed and cleared my account on October 13th. After making several calls, voice mails and texts, with no responses on the grass seed and burning bush, I informed him I wanted my money back and I would hire someone else or do it myself. Again no response several times. I bought and spread the grass seed and cut my own bush on November 1st. That afternoon was the 1st time ( and only) he responded to a message saying he was sorry (too late for the seed) and will cut my bush in a few weeks. I told him by message, it was already done and wanted my money back in full for the services he never provided as promised. Again, no more messages from him by phone, texts or email. A total of 8 messages were sent, 11 calls with voicemails sent plus emails sent requesting my money back for the services not provided. I have no desire using this company, referring others (did this at least 4 times) and prefer him to take my landscaping pictures off his business site. I want a full return of my $335.00 by check. My check number ***** was cashed on the day he received it (10/12) and cleared my acct on 10/13. I have asked to either drop off my money at the house or mail it. Neither has been done yet.

    I still have had “no response “ from Brothers Land Management as of today 11/26/2023. I have attached in a PDF file the text messages that were previously mentioned. The voice messages he has but I do have the documentation of them for dates on my phone. I will inform you if ******* ( owner of Brothers Land Management) responds back to me immediately. Thank you for your assistance. ****** ****
