      I purchased a course from their website on March 13, upon ordering said course my login information stopped working. Since then, I have messaged and called their available sources and have received no help correcting this issue, this course cost me a total of $279 and, I feel that the level of customer service for the price of their services is not only unacceptable but unprofessional.

      The first email we received from the customer was on 3/24 (as shown in attachment). This was the only documented message we have received from the customer. The customer was not able to access their account because of a spelling typo made when their email was registered during purchasing. As shown in the email attached response, we responded to the customer 16 minutes after their initial email inquiry. We then updated their email and received confirmation from the customer both over email (as shown in attachment) and a phone call that one of our customer services reps made to make sure everything was sorted out. The initial email entered at purchase was *************************, we then corrected it to **************************. In addition the customer made one phone call attempt to us based on our call monitoring system, this call was made today (3/24) at 1:41pm Est. As mentioned above, everything was sorted out within an hour.

      I am an engineer with a Professional Engineer certification (P.E.). This certification requires professional development hours/credits (PDH/PDC). I took a Six Sigma Green Belt certification through Six Sigma Global Institute (SSGI) for this requirement. I took the class, passed the test, and received the proper documentation. The site also states it will provide PDH/PDC certifications upon completion. I have not received my PDH certification. I have called over 10 times over the past week and the phone number goes to a generic voice mail. I have sent two emails in the past week. I cannot reach anybody to receive my PDH hours.

      As shown in the attached documentation, we provided the customer with the requested documentation on October 11th via email. We once again followed up on October 27th, when were received the BBB notification. As shown in those email communications, the customer says they have everything they need as of October 11th and there is nothing else we can help them with. Please note that we try to get back to all inquiries/customers within 1 work day, however our offices are closed over weekends and some long weekend holidays, such as Columbus Day.
