I went in to buy a 2024 ************** as they had the exact truck I built on Nissan website. Everything was great and went smoothly... I had to ask 3 times what the payout of the lease would be and they "didnt know", or "the finance guy will go over that with you", etc...the finance guy came out and had me sign everything on docu-sign on a tablet..I asked again and "it will be in the paperwork"... I was given an envelope and out the door I went. When I got home and read the paperwork, there was no paperwork...I called and they emailed it to me. The truuck was $39k I put $5k down and trade in of $7k...That right there says its less than $27k being financed.. After getting the paperwork, I would owe $28k AFTER PAYING FOR 3 YEARS!!!!! Started looking the paperwork over and they raised the price to $42k saying that was the "agreed price".... why would I agree to pay more than the sticker price?? I files complaint with NH Consumer protection and was told "you signed the papers"....they didnt care if it was docusign and couldnt read it.... THEY ARE SNEAKY, SCUMBAGS AND WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN... READ YELP REVIEW AND OTHERS HAVE GOTTEN SCREWED BY THEM AS WELL..I also filed a complaint with Nissan and "they will look into it"..but so far nothing has been done and I have since refinanced the vehicle out of Nissan and will never buy another Nissan Product.

I traded my Armada for a 2022 Pathfinder. My son and mother can't ride in the passenger seat since the seatbelt goes across their necks. There is no height adjustment on the passenger seat and the seatbelt is at the lowest setting. It really is a safety issue that needs to be addressed by Nissan. I had the Pathfinder for 5 days and asked for my Armada back due to this issue. They would sell my Armada back to me for $200 more per month which included taking a hit on the Pathfinder. This is criminal if you ask me. I would gladly pay a rental fee for taking the Pathfinder for 5 days, but should be able to get my Armada back for what was owed. They don't care about their customers and need to do better as human beings. Plus the sensors on the doors don't work when wet... good thing we live in NH where it rains often. They won't fix that either even though it's warranty. I'll trade it somewhere else and take the hit.
