      Never in my life have I experienced what I did today. Had a deal agreed on yesterday on a trade into a new bike. Kristen was handling the deal was pretty aggresive and short with me yesterday but I thought maybe I was reading her wrong. Today I went in to sign papers on the agreed deal to have her over aggresviely present an interest rate far bove and beyond anything we disucssed while demanding I sign off on this interest rate direct through Harley financing while pounding her hand on the table telling me she won't let me buy the bike on Monday when I am able to shop for a better interest rate. Funny because the day before I mentioned that I worked with Hanscom and Robbie said "no problem, we do business with them" This woman on mulitple occasions was over the top disrespectul in the way she spoke to me in front of the salesman Ted on any subject involving this transaction. When she asked me for the payoff on my current motocycle that I didnt have right in front of me she made it very clear I was responsible if my number wassnt exact while once again being super aggresive. I walked away from this sale and asked her why she was acting the way she was as she was refunding my deposit to which she accused me of "coming at her about interst rates" I've purchased 4 motorcyles in the last 5 years as well as recommended my father to buy his bike here and Seacoast on top of countless parts, clothes etc and will never (let me slam my hand on the counter like Kristen) never set foot in this place for the rest of my life. Had a friend that was also going to take a ride down to look for a new bike, never happening now.
