    The All Star Elite store At ***************** seems to be running a scam telling customers that it is two shirts for $60 them charging an extra $18 at checkout and refusing to refund when customer sees the receipt. Stay away from them.

    Do not waste your time or money on this site. You will not receive your item in the time frame they promised. You won't be able to reach any type of customer service for any questions. I tried calling & it disconnected, ********** email got rejected, online chat & the bot said no one was online during their business hours. This is a complete scam business.

    Do not order or buy from them. They won't send you your item. Won't call you back won't email you back. They take peoples money. I ordered and still haven't receiev3d my jersey. I called the mall and the security said they don't have a number. I'm tir3d of them taking peoples money

    I have been going in your ********* location for the past few weeks, spending large amounts of money. When I go back in I'll walk in on the conversation with your new manager, ******, talking about being a nudist. He has made it very uncomfortable for me to go in and Shop. I can't talk with the lady without him wanting to be right next to us to figure out what we're talking about. I was nice enough to walk away because I did not want to go off. I reached out to the lady to ask her if she would be there this weekend so I could go buy some more stuff and she said she will not be back there until he puts her on the schedule again. I want to buy my stuff through her I don't want to deal with him on no level because there's an unsettling feeling when he's next to me.

    If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered an expensive jersey as an anniversary gift for my husband. It took a couple of weeks to come, and when it did, it was NOT the one I ordered. I tried to call the number from the website and immediately got a message asking me to hold. After a few minutes, the message played again, then hung up. I called again and same thing. When I tried to email them, my message came back undelivered because "the recipient's email provider rejected it." I tried the Exhange link on the website, entered my order number and email address, and the order wasn't found. This business is a scam. Don't order from them.

    I ordered two jackets a few months ago. Here is is months later and I still have not gotten the items that I paid for. Nobody returns emails and nobody answers phone calls. I want my money back or I want my items!

    This has to be the worst online purchase I have ever had. Not only was my item was three weeks late when I I received it today the bag it was delivered in was open an the cost was hang out the bag. I took it out the cost was dirty had pet hair over it and leafs was on it. Now I got to *********************** an pay to have it cleaned. I will never show with All Star Elite. The worst

    Ordered 3 jerseys from All Star Elite. Didn’t receive order for a month and a half. I sent several emails and received no response except for the initial automated response that tells you to check shipping. The only time a representative followed up with me was when I DM’d their Facebook multiple times, but response was delayed for weeks. When my package finally arrived, it was only one of the three jerseys I ordered. Used to be a reliable company but now, don’t waste your time.

    Never got my order. I ordered Nov 2023 is Dec 29 and never received my merchandise. Left mgs nand sent emails and no1 has ever gotten back to me. This company is a scam. Never again
