    I placed the order shown in the upload. Of the five shipments paid for, I only received the one to my own address. Since early Jan. when a friend let me know they did not get their order, I have contacted St. Julien's many many times via email and text. The text was to the worker who had contacted me about my order in Dec. She is the only person I have ever spoken with. Something has happened with this once fine company and I am very discouraged. Thank you for helping resolve.

    On Dec. 14, 2023 I placed an order for $49 worth of Macaroon cookies via the St Julien Macaroons website. I received an email verifying my order (#****). My credit card was debited on the 15th. In my order I had selected the option of having my order shipped immediately. The confirmation email said I would be notified of when the order shipped with tracking info. A week later when I had heard nothing I emailed St. Julien Macaroons through their Contact form on their website and asked that if the order could not reach me by the day before Christmas then I would like to cancel the order. When I got no response I tried again to contact them. They don't answer their phone or take messages. I even created an account (Dec 21st) in case that would allow me to cancel the order through their "manage your orders" option. No response. A few days ago I saw that they had still not refunded my money and tried again to reach them with no luck.Thank you.
