    I ordered a violin & paid 3 months rental fee up front on Dec. 21st. I was contacted on the 24th and told that due to the storm it may not ship out until Monday. He was very nice, and I didn’t think twice seeing as we were in the middle of a severe winter storm. If anything I found it thoughtful of him to reach out to express this. To my surprise, I received a shipping notification that night (24th). Unfortunately that would be that last I ever heard from them.
    It’s now Jan. 11th - UPS says the shipping label was printed off site and they never received the package to ship - repeated daily calls, emails, even multiple attempts to sellers personal number (including texts) for 2 weeks- all with no response. Unfortunately due to the fact that I can’t even get in contact with someone for a refund, I had to file fraud charges with my bank to get my money back. He honestly seemed like a nice guy, but clearly needs to reconsider how this business is run. You can’t take orders for a whole a** instrument, then just disappear. The complete lack of communication is 100% unexceptable.
    If you run into trouble on your end, COMMUNICATE. That’s all it would have taken.

    I have also been charged twice (one for the rental and the other for security deposit) yet no instrument, no tracking number and no response to my phone message. All I'm left with is one disappointed child and now trying to figure out a way to recoup my money.

    Can't get anyone to call me back and they have charged my account twice! Left numerous voice mails and sent emails, even did online chat - no one ever replied! Terrible service.

    Hello, my heartfelt apologies. I have had a major health issue..(multiple) and have found myself in and out of the hospital the past 3 weeks.....I am home and filling orders...I also find myself in the unique position after 22 years of running thing by myself. I will be adjusting start dates and adding a free month for anyone that has been waiting. If you need to talk to me directly, my cellphone is ************...I am not up to speed on responding to the 888 #. I will be looking in this asap and making any corrections.
