    I purchased a 2021 Northstar Arrow in November 2020. For the first year warranty and other issues were few and service was fine. However over the last year I haven’t been able to contact them by phone, email . I talked to one young lady once about 9 months ago and she wouldn’t give me an appointment because they were too busy. She said she would call me back… after about a month I called and left message. No reply . I emailed she replied that she would let me know when there was something available. I have called, left messages and emailed . I have received nothing. The voice message say appointments are only by appointment only but I can’t make them. I drove.., 5 hr round trip once but no one was there.
    I think this lack of after market support is atrocious . They don’t care because they have no competition for hundreds of miles.

    We are actively working with this customer to resolve a few minor non-warranty issues on his camper. Customer does not understand our hours operation and expects returned messages and after hour responses. Thank you for reaching out to us about this.
