    I made a reservation with *******, to stay at the Red Carpet Inn, in *******, *******. When I arrived, they rejected the payment and made me pay a second time. I told them I would be paying twice for the room. They said I wouldn't. It turned out they charged me twice. I called and asked about a refund for one of the payments. I was told I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 days. 12 days went by, so I called them back. I was once again told to wait 7 to 10 days. I informed this person, 12 days had already gone by. He repeated that I must wait 7 to 10 days, and told me to check my bank account. Obviously I had already checked my account, and that was the reason for my call. I would like a refund for the rejected Expedia payment.

    Hello we stayed in this hotel. Checked in then went out for a bit. We go outside for a while to look around. We come back theyre was roaches in the bathroom! Two baby ones. We decided to leave but he would not give us a refund or any sorts. We did not even sleep there. As soon as we saw the roaches we decided to leave . We paid ***** plus a travel rsv fee of *****.
