      When I signed up in June on the 7th. there was a website new customer promotion for a discount of $15 when getting a new 5g plan. Because of the website being glitchy, I had to redo my order and the discount didnt apply. I think they would surely fix it if a call. I call a couple days later and the rep has problems finding the promo. After being on hold for about 15 minutes, she comes back saying her supervisor helped her find it and added it. Told me it can take 2 billing cycles to show up. Two months later, Aug 10th, no promo. I call and let a new rep know what happened and that I was told by the other rep that they added it and left instructions in case it didnt. Apparently this was a lie, because they didnt know what I was talking about. Ive chatted and called with at least 5 different reps and they either have no clue and dont think this promo existed, try to gaslight me that I just read it wrong, or say they have a supervisor put in a service ticket that never gets done. Nobody at Verizon can get their story together and Im tired of it!!!

      BELIEVE WHAT EVERYONE IS SAYING!! Stay away from Verizon Business, we went thru h*** with them. Long story short, after horrible customer service, which are foreigners by the way, and have no clue what's going on , except to say they took care of your problem, do not worry, and your order will be to you by 8pm the next day. It's all BS. Don't believe anything they say. Stay away from Verizon.

      My iPhone 8 was showing significant signs of wear and had to be replaced. Verizon was having a promotion in which they would give me $350 in return for it towards an iPhone 12 so I took advantage. This caused my **** to escalate to almost $140 a month. I told them that I wanted to keep my **** as close to the $115-$120 **** as possible. I was assured that if I enrolled in automatic **** pay, it would drop $10. It turns out that the only payment methods accepted in automatic **** pay are the Verizon **** card (at 20-23% interest) and a bank debit card or checking routing number. They rope you into their credit card or having to pay cash. It's the principle that matters, it's the fact that they are taking advantage of people who may or may not be in dire straights and unable to afford the extra $10 per month towards a cell phone ****.

      Verizon is practicing fraudulent business practices!!!!! In May 2022 I paid $610 in cash in-store to an Verizon Wireless representative/employee, of whom told me that was the amount that needed to be paid in full to pay off my cell phone. I was due an upgrade (Supposedly) that same day. Immediately after paying that cash payment in-store to the Verizon wireless representative/employee, both my brother and I were told that I couldnt receive my upgrade at that time. I would have to wait ***** days, then call back in and inquire about my upgrade then. So I did just that. When I called in the next Representative/ employee I spoke with via phone call told me I was still not Eligible and that they(Verizon) would have to do a credit check to determine if I qualified for my upgrade that was due to me. At that time I didnt know the employees/Verizon wireless representatives had LIED TO ME!!!! I didnt find that until I called in today trying to inquire about when my account would be eligible to receive my upgrade I never received. I spoke with two representatives both of whom confirmed that the cash payment I made in May 2022 of $610 Was not applied to the cellular device/phone I was told it was/would be applied to my cell phone!!! I asked the representative today who I spoke with after she confirmed that the previous representatives had LIED TO ME about the application of my payment, how is Verizon going to fix this since their employees lied to me about my account. All she said was in the beginning well you have a past due balance of $430. I confirmed with her that I just made three payments one for $200; one for $160; & one for $175, for a total of $535. She then states all she can do is waive $11.33. No!!!!! That is not enough and that is not right!!! Verizons staff lied to me about my account and I should not have any past due balance to compensate for their inefficiency!!!!!

      Useless. Charged me international roaming charges when I have wifi calling enabled and airplane mode on. Made wifi calls to ****** from an international location and they charge me which is against their policy. They tell me that they can't know my location because airplane mode is off and since the wifi network is not in the US, they give some ******** excuse that it's an international call. It's like they don't understand what Wifi calling is and just fooling people to get extra money.

      I had paid off both of my cellphone on my Verizon. I canceled my service and left a **** due and then they flagged one of my phones as stolen. I went back to a Verizon store in ************* ***** and they told me to call the ***** number. I called and was passed from department to department. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was passed from person to person. I finally talked to a supervisor in collections and was told they had to transfer me to another department. Its day two and still getting passed from person to person and getting fake none working numbers from their customer service representatives. This company does illegal practices.

      Verizon wireless is a rip off provider. I ordered new wireless service and received a phone that was still under another person's account. I paid for the service that I did not receive and contacted their customer service and was told to return the phone. Now I am receiving a large **** from them.

      ************** 8/17/22 I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 10 years, but recently chose another provider for better service. My Verizon payments had been set up for auto pay because your company mandated it in order for me to get a deal on the new phone I purchased in April of this year.After this purchase I became so frustrated with Verizons service and the misinformation I received that I decided to switch carriers. I knew that I would have to pay off the phone balance in full upon doing this. However, I stopped the auto pay with my bank to ensure that I had control over any additional payments to Verizon.Verizon verified in writing (via e-mail 7/10/22) that my service was transferred to a new carrier and that my service with them was cancelled.I then received a **** for the entire balance of $755.39. When I attempted to pay this on line, I was unable to do so the explanation was unclear. Attempting to contact Verizon customer service by phone is impossible. I made numerous calls and the few times I reached a person they could either not communicate in English, or could not understand or explain the problem. I then went in person to the local Verizon office to pay the ****. However, the local staff had the same problem when attempting to enter a payment into the system. Apparently, the computer thought it could still get the money via auto payeven though my account was closed and I had placed a stop order on auto pay. They suggested I wait a few weeks.Then I received another **** from Verizon for the initial $755.39 plus an additional fee of $35.35 added on!!! I went to the local office again on 8/12/22, and this time the computer did accept my payment of $755. However, I refuse to pay the additional $35 which has been added for no reason other than to get as much money out of a former customer as possible. In the least it is unethical.

      I have been on chat trying to get an issue fixed and have been hung up with 3 times now. they dont seem to care.
