      Havent even had internet service for a month and Ive had an outage for 3 days with no resolution dont waste your time. Just get ***

      I initially order Fios from Verizon on June 15, 2022. I have not yet received my router and extenders yet nearly TWO MONTHS later. Initially, when the routers did not arrive on the promised date around June 18th, I called only to be told that I needed to send a copy of my purchase agreement or that the prior owner needed to call to cancel his service, only THEN would they ship my router and extenders. This is information that was NEVER shared with me initially.After sending them the required information, the router never showed up. After calling, they tried to tell me that it was a *** problem and that I should follow up with them. Somehow, now my fault. I tried to ask if I could go pick one up from the store, only to be told that they wouldn't give me one, because it showed in the system that it had already been delivered.So I am told I have a router, when I don't have a router and I'm not able to go get a router.

      Worst cell reception ever 5g is a joke. Stay away I have been a customer for over 20 yrs Phones slower than ever Gone down hill fast Dont wast your time

      Verizon is the worst. We got new iPhones for 5G. They gauged us . I called to reduce plan. Then both of our phones stopped working. Couldnt call in or out or text. Talked to 6 tech and none could help. They hung up on me , transfer calls didnt go through. Used tech coach and now can call out, but cant receive calls. I spent an hour with tech coach to no avail last night . Going to call tier 2 today. I have spent 3 hours thus far and not fixed yet. Today is their last chance !!!! They have absolutely no tech support and No One in their stores to help, just salespersons.

      Bait and Switch I just had the most outrageous experience with Verizon! I called to complain that my monthly **** had gone up and to ask for a new promotion. I was told there were no promotions available but I could get a good deal on a new phone. I was told I could trade in my old ******* for a Galaxy S22 and get $800 credit to be paid to me monthly for 36 months. I told her I'd need to think about it and I'd call back. I called back later that day, spoke to someone else. She found the record of this and offered me the same deal and I accepted that offer. The agent began to process the transaction. She put me on hold. I held on for 1 hour and 15 minutes and was then told she was having trouble processing it and would call me back after it was processed. She called me back and told me I could not have that deal but she has another deal for me where I get $400 credit back for the trade in. I told her that was unacceptable and illegal. It is called bait and switch. I asked to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor, ********* called me back and I explained all this to her and she said I was right and apologized profusely. She asked if she could make up for it by putting $400 cash credit in my Verizon account to spend however I wanted and then I could buy the phone with another $400 credit over 36 months. She asked if I would accept that deal. I accepted it. She asked me to hold on while she processed this. I held on for over an hour and when I was simply disconnected from the call. She never called me back. I called back the next morning and was told that she was in and she would call me back at her first opportunity. She never called back. I kept calling Verizon and not one of the 3 agents I spoke to could help me. They said there is no record of my getting that offer or accepting it. I told them to listen to the recordings!!! Each time I was told I was on a recorded line. The last agent told me he doesn't have time and hung up on me. This is not OK. What can I do?

      Verizon Wireless phone **** $259 is what I pay a month for 4 lines. Each month Im having to contact customer service and waste hours of my life being transferred from tech coach to tech coach because nobody can tell me why my phones are having issues. They even made me go in the store and replace **** cards which i had to pay for. Im paying my **** every month on time actually before the due date i feel like since i have so many issues. Ive already told them they need to credit me or something but Im always told they dont credit people if their phone isnt working for a certain time frame. BUT we all know if i decided to stop making the payments theyd wanna turn my phone off. I called customer service yesterday and to the lady Im tired of them sending me to the same unless cycle of fixes. Each time you call you spend 30 minutes or more talking to one person who transfers you to another which then you have to be transferred again. I truly feel like the just need to give me my money back for all the months Ive had to go through this. Theyre ripping people off and offering poor solutions !! Its obvious all they care about is getting our money what if i was stranded somewhere and couldnt rely on my phone that Im paying nearly $300 a month to work. Times are hard and we really depend on our phones to work ANYTHING could happen! for $259 our phones should have STRONG signal especially when i dont live in the country ! I want Verizon to pay me for every month of service Ive paid to them being that i did my part as a customer who signed the contract and made a commitment to pay the **** every month. Which i to this day still do the least they couldve done was keep their customers phones up and working i mean they all making millions off scamming up already. They just dont understand $259 isnt a little bit of money to everyone some of us dont have a choice we have to get what we can and try to make it through.

      November 2020 I traded two phones in my wife and I did for this promotion of $750 credit to this day they have not credit us the 750 for each phone that we traded in and they keep giving me the runaround I believe I should take this to the new station to show how deceitful And conniving Verizon is I am unhappy Im trying to go to another phone carrier Verizon keeps stalling mean

      Absolute trash. I got a bad phone - and it kept failing and needing replaced. After the third time, I asked if I could just get a whole new phone - clearly, this was a bad product. Nope. I had to pay off my phone and upgrade or get another one like I had. I got yet another replacement. After I made my last payment on it, the screen broke yet again. I was told I could upgrade. I didn't want to pay yet another phone payment, so I refused. Then, my DAD DIED. I literally pleaded with this company to give me another phone because I couldn't use it to contact family. I was told I could upgrade since the phone was paid off. A ridiculously high **** (over $100 a month for just me!) and I can't even get a working phone. I decide to switch to another company, because the whole "sorry about your dad, but could we upsell you this?" thing was the last straw. I go to port my number, and these clowns tell me I need a pin to port my number out. Bonus - it has to be verified through my phone. The phone with the non-responsive screen.So I'm told to go to the store, because that's the only way I can verify my identity; the push notification is the only secure option. Because nobody has ever stolen a phone and done stuff like this - nope, the unseen person accepting the push notification is the only secure way to do this. By the way, it took them 45 minutes to get through the ridiculous scripted "Oh thank you for giving me your name, oh thank you for that information, oh I am so sorry for that" absolutely phony and patronizing thing all companies make their employees do now to actually tell me that. They had to try the push notifications twice. DESPITE me telling them my screen was non responsive. They must get commission on call time or something.So now I will probably get to waste another hour of my life dealing with these parasites. Avoid them like the plague.

      On 4/5/22, a sales person named ********************* presented me Verizons One Talk plan for just $69/m. See attached. After a few follow up phone calls, I signed up.After I installed the equipment, I found out that the download speed was only 4-6 M. I tried your technical support but he wasnt able to solve the problem.I then called customer service and asked to cancel the account. I got bounced back and forth among customer service, corporate store, and Loyalty Team/Disconnect and wasnt able to get my account closed. Since my account was so new, only 7 days, no one was able to close it ! Detailed see attached log.On 5/17/22, I finally was able to get switched back from Verizon to ******* !On 5/25, I paid my Verizon **** of $172.02. My point:Verizon told me that the WiFi will be 100 M, but it was only 4-6 M.Instead of shipping the equipment to my address: ****************************************************, the sales said it has to ship to my neighbor store: ***************************************************. He misled **** tried very hard to close the account within the 1st wk of account opening but failed.On 6-21-22, I sent above complaint to Verizon billing department with my payment and asked a refund. I haven't heard anything back yet as of today, 8-10-22.

      Verizon wireless was offering a deal to trade in old iPhone and upgrade to iPhone 13 no question ask and get 800 back. I purchased 2 phones on 6/4/22 and sent both of the old phone to Verizon on 6/13/22. According to *** tracking my phones was received 6/17/22. I have been calling to see if my credit will hit my acct and I was credited but was retracted. I call today. They said the phone is no where to be found even with my *** tracking. I think verizon is scamming their customer. At this point I am out *******. Their customer service is bad
