      I refinanced my car loan with Affinity several months ago. This place should be shut down. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone in member services. Each time I have had to call (which has been almost weekly with the issues Ive been having) its at least a 30 minute wait to speak to someone. I am getting calls 2-4 times a week about a delinquent amount that doesnt exist. Nobody can tell me how and where there is a delinquent amount on my account, as I have made every payment on-time and often for more than the amount due. Ive been charged a late fee, told it would be reversed, then charged another late fee for the first late fee. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. This place is a joke, and I will be refinancing with another lender as soon as I possibly can.

      I have been trying to resolve a vehicle issue with Affinity that they have a lien on since March 2022. I have called them 8 times and on hold for over an hour each call and they countiue to tell me they will have a supervisor call me back when I finally get through to someone. Now August 2022 and still no call backs and once again just got off the phone with one of their very rude associates who said they would have a manager call me back. Guess the only way to handle this is going to be with a lawyer and court proceedings. They expect you to buy your loans but they refuse to pay out when they owe. Disgraceful
