      Very much liked the customer service when we visited the **********************. Instagram page provides more information and demo than physical store. But overall we were happy with the service we received in store.Only thing disappointing is the return policy of this store. After purchasing NUNA triv next, We wanted to get Nuna Mixx Next, a higher version. It was the same day of the delivery we received. But we were told we need to pay 20% restocking fees since pacakge was opened. $200 fees for a $1000 stroller and car seat. We kinda felt that was unwarranted and was not fair. We could have bought this from NUNA website directly which has better return policy of 60 days return, NO CONDITIONS. We were not even returning we just wanted to upgrade to higher version.So we feel it is very important to look at return policy first before even visiting the store. We should have asked about it before purchasing. We went to the store since they were offering 10% discount on Memorial Day. POOR Return policy is the only reason for one star.
