File a complaint against Lifepoint. I have been a member of the site for more than a year and several months. Recently, I encountered several problems with the site, but it was working well. The last problem related to redeeming my points. I tried to redeem my points via PayPal. They asked me to enter my account details, which must be identical to my email, name, and address. My residence, in addition to the account being linked to a bank card, and this is what I actually did. I entered the account and shared all the required information. After that, when I tried to redeem my points, a message appeared stating that an error had occurred and that I had to contact the support team. I had already done that, and the response was that my membership no longer met the sites requirements, so I canceled it. My membership, however, this seems wrong. I can still log in and participate in surveys. This means that my membership is active, but I cannot redeem my points by any means. I hope to get an explanation for this.

Ive been a member for a couple of months. As I tried to redeem the points earned taking surveys for this company I was prevented from collecting them through PayPal.After a week of allowing me to take further surveys I was told my account was cancelled for some unexplained infraction. It would appear this is a pattern with this company. All I want is the points/ money I rightfully earned returned through my PayPal. I enjoy taking surveys and commit to doing a thorough job with all my answers. Its frustrating as I feel discounted and used. Not even being provided with an explanation what I allegedly did wrong. Please help make this right for me.Respectfully,***********************.

I am rejecting this response because:
At least have the decency to supply the exact infractions Im being charged with.

After reviewing the copious amount of complaints exactly as mine it makes one question if this is a pattern your company engages in to prevent from paying out rewards that where legitimately earned.

I will continue to pro actively expose your companys unethical practices on every social media site that you have a presence on.

i feel discounted and used. People matter,Optics matter and EVERYONE deserves a second chance as no one is perfect. Without us the hard working underpaid survey takers you would not have a profitable business. Its clear to see why you are not BBB accredited.

Lifepoint recently canceled my membership completely and without any real reason. I have been a member there for several months and I was really enjoying the surveys and competitions in addition to the rewards that I recently received. I just logged in as usual and as soon as the survey started I logged out and the membership cancellation message appeared immediately and I was no longer able to log in. Recovering my points because I completely lost access to my account. I ask them to reconsider this. I only started the survey until I did not answer two questions, and despite everything, I will continue to love that community, regardless of the result.

I received a notification from Lifepoints that my account has been cancelled and Lifepoints sent me a preprinted form with reasons that accounts can be cancelled. I have no idea the true reason I was cancelled. I do not believe that you can keep money that I earned legitimately because you are cancelling me for an unknown reason. You owe me 4.77$ , 3.77$ that is remaining on the account I had with ********************** and 1.00$ for the Telco survey I took this morning. You can't take money from people that earned just because you cancel their accounts arbitrarily. I have no idea why I was really cancelled. I was shocked to see how badly Lifepoints was revived by the BBB.

I am rejecting this response because:
They are not telling the truth or AI wrote this. I do not want to be a part of their platform but I am tired of survey companies such as this one keeping the money they owe people. This company can not keep the money they owe me. They do to hundreds of people and I have had enough. It is illegal. Life points owes me 5$ that I earned on their platform and I will encourage others not to accept this kind of treatment any more.

There are platforms that I have been on for over 6 years and they are legit. You can't keep people's money.

I have been a member of Lifepoint since 9/2023. I participated in several surveys and received rewards. At the end of the year, there was an end-of-year holiday, so I was not able to log in for more than a month. After that, when I tried to log back into my account, I was unable to do so, and a message appeared canceling my membership. I was really surprised. Since then, I have not been able to move forward and I do not know what happened. I would like to request that my membership be reactivated
