I joined Lifepoint about four months ago and participated in several surveys and received two prizes for that, but as soon as I got my prize, my membership was canceled. I dont know the reason, but I dont think I did anything wrong. I log into my account and participate in the surveys available on my account. Thats it. Nothing. It's complicated there and they don't give you the real reason for it but they send a bunch of reasons that *** or *** not include a mistake I made. I would really like someone to review the decision and look into the possibility of reactivating my account.Business Response

I'm here to file a complaint against Lifepoint. I was a member there for several months last year. I offer my opinions and get some rewards for it. Before Christmas, Lifepoint canceled my membership. They really ruined that day because it was before Christmas, without any justification on their part. Really, is that like that? Members are rewarded at least they can provide a real and clear reason for this. This does not express any respect for the customer. I understand that they can cancel my membership at any time and for no reason. They really make that clear before registering in the terms and conditions, but showing some reasons would be nice on their part.Business Response

Hello, I have been a member of Lifepoint for several months and I had a good experience there. There are always a lot of simple and easy surveys and a community that is vibrant with life and ideas. It is one of the best communities I have joined, but what made me sad is that my membership was recently canceled so I am no longer able to access my account at all. What remains is to follow them on social media. I dont really know why this happened. Within several months, I was able to provide my answers and experiences. In return, I received a lot of awards. This is really sad to lose that. I have no doubt in my answers. I dont know the reason for canceling the membership, but I hope they will review it. That and reactivated my accountBusiness Response

I have been a member of LifePoint for a short time. I just wanted to share my expertise and experiences and get some prizes for that, but it seems that the experiment has failed so far. As soon as I participated in my first survey, my membership was cancelled. I dont know why that happened. I read the sites terms and conditions, my membership was accepted, and I received several invitations to participate. In the polls, if they wanted to cancel my membership, then why did they direct these invitations to me? Is this some kind of manipulation? This is really unfair. This should be verified and their justifications should be highlighted if they actually have one.Business Response

I have a complaint I would like to file against Lifepoint. I have been a member for a few weeks there. Well, how wonderful. I got my first award after a very short time. It was just a few surveys for fun, and this made me feel very excited. I was already in the middle of a survey when suddenly **** appeared. Log in and when I tried to log in, a message appeared to cancel my membership. This is the opposite of the first feeling, to complete frustration. What did I do wrong? All my answers were really accurate without *******. Well, perhaps something went wrong, so I am here. I would like to verify that. I am sure that something went wrong and I hope to restore my membership.Business Response

Lifepoints are now refusing to allow me to redeem "all earned" points. Once I am permitted to redeem said points, I will discontinue participating in future surveys with them. If you search for consumer complaints, you will find countless complaints and negative reviews from folks all across this country stating the same thing. It seems Lifepoints reaps millions of dollars from clients to have all walks of life, in various countries to provide feedback so the client may have a better understanding of people's overall opinion on various topics, subjects, products, etc. Lifepoints, in an effort to save money, submits completed surveys to their clients, but deny the survey taker(s) the ability to redeem earned points. First of all, happy New Year. I have yet to receive a proper response to my question as to why you have removed me from taking additional surveys and not allowing me to redeem those "earned" points, whereby I was employed by you and said work was performed, by me, in an honest and truthful manner.I, by law, have a right to know how I violated any of your rules and must be informed in a very specific manner. I have conferred with a good friend of mine, who practices civil law and he stated, any such employer who fires or otherwise dismisses an employee must inform the individual, preferably in writing, the specific allegations for said dismissal.***** me access to redeem my "already earned" points, i.e. compensation for hours of work I performed working for your company.*********************** On Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 12:16:20 PM EST, Eagle433 <****************> wrote:You have got to be kidding. First of all, I must know what you're basing this on. I have never, never, not truthfully answered or responded to any survey in a negative manner, nor have I ever been, in any way, dishonest in my answers. There have been numerous surveys taken by me whereby I knew hardly anything about the topic or survey to which it was referencing and to those I answered them as best as I could. There are countless surveys sent to individuals that, when viewed, the individual(s) know absolutely nothing about the topic. Example: I nothing or very little about stock markets, banking, etc. I have personally seen too many to place a number on.Your company allows people, such as I, to complete surveys that businesses, corporations, news outlets, etc., to take and respond to those questions, as best and honestly as they can. LifePoints reaps large sums of money from them and the survey takers are rewarded with small amounts of rewards. I have spent countless hours of my time sitting in front of my computer responding to the surveys forwarded to me. Let it be known I do not, repeat do not, take said surveys merely to redeem points for this or that. Rather, I feel it is my civic duty, as an American, to share my views, opinions, feelings and such, so those requesting honest and heartfelt responses will benefit them. I am a 75 year old male, retired from the Army and a true patriotic citizen of this great country. Having said that, I am of the opinion someone doesn't like the response(s), provided by me, in a particular survey. If you don't want someone to be honest and truthful in their answers, don't ask the question.I must know in what way I have "violated" a survey in an "untruthful" manner".In my opinion taking surveys is no different from being employed. If an employee violates this or that, then the supervisor/employer is required to inform that individual why he/she is being let go.I earned each and every reward point, now in excess of ******. No different than working any job. Individuals are required to be compensated for the work up to and until their last day of employment. Completing LifePoints surveys is no different. The law is clear on this point. You can't work someone for 4 days, fire them on day 5 and say, "oh by the way, we're not paying you for the past 4 days".*********************** On Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 03:05:06 AM EST, LifePoints <******************************************> wrote:Hi **** Thank you for your message.Support Team (LifePoints)Dec 20, 2023, 08:05 GMT Our security processes have detected suspicious activities linked to your LifePoints membership, which has resulted in your membership being deactivated.Membership in LifePoints requires truthfully and honestly answering the questions presented in each survey.Honest and active participation in surveys includes, but is not limited to, honestly answering survey questions. I am rejecting this response because:I wanted to thank you for assisting me with my issues with LifePoints. I have seen countless reviews and complaints on the Internet, from others, echoing the same problems which arose with me. They are quick to de-activiate your account, thus automatically forfeiting all "earned" points, yet never justify why you have been disqualified from participating in future surveys.
