    Open road VW in Bridgewater Im going to save you time by letting you know how these people work. I took my truck there for an issue I had thats covered under the warranty. (Leaking water from the roof onto the inside front and back windshield plus hearing bubbling after the car was sitting after it had rained) Get a text with a video showing me what the problem was and they said in the video they were going to drain all 4 drains. Now that consists of them literally flicking dirt out of a plastic tube. Never called to let us know if it was covered under the warranty or not and never told us the cost. In the same text theres a bill for $145.95. Never gave them permission to do any work to the truck never knew if it was covered under the warranty never knew the price if it wasnt covered. Then I speak with the service advisor **** who thinks hes gods gift to ** and tell him Im not paying because I didnt give consent to do any work on the truck or knowing the price. Well he proceeds to tell me he cant release the car without payment. I called ** customer care and they told me that it was covered under warranty and I should not be paying anything. I put in a complaint and got the case number. They will be contacting the regional manager to deal with what they are doing to people over there. Who knows how many people they scammed like this! Needless to say after I yelled at them earlier in the day about what theyre doing and how wrong it is there was no payment required. I got my keys and left. I will never go there for anything! Save yourself from getting scammed like I almost did!
