    I used Raes wash and fold service multiple times in April and May paid roughly $55 dollars over due to travel and my childrens schedule. I have had multiple missing items (mens pants and childrens sweatshirts and jeans). I also received someone elses clothing which I returned. Each time I stopped by or called no one has been able to assist. The staff advised me ************* was the owner but also owns Manhattan Bagel Nextdoor. I visited and called ***************. They also were unable to assist. ************** has not returned any emails or calls at this point. I am missing at least $300 worth of clothing and have been unable to get resolution.

    This was simply a miss communication with the customer.  They sent an email but it went to my spam box.  As soon as I found out what happened we located the clothing that was missing and got it returned to them. We have spoken since and they are ok with the outcome.   They will continue coming to my business. Thanks!
