  Bucceri Builders did my renovation work at 2 of my properties and I found them to be reliable, extremely courteous, and very professional. I was extremely happy with their work.

  This company is a complete joke, atleast the management / scheduler is. My wife and I, thru ********** were put in contact with them, to have them come out and measure two doors, so we could move forward and have them replaced. We put the order in mid July, and had significant issues with simply scheduling to have them come out to measure. We were told it would take two weeks from the date we ordered the measurement. More then a month later, we were still having trouble scheduling them to come out. Not only was *********************, but she also lied to *********** She had put it in the system used by ********** that she had "attempted" to contact us several times, and that they had been to our house two times, but were not able to gain access to the doors to measure.Now yes, they had called us twice, yet every time we tried contacting them back, it would go straight to voice mail and we would not hear back. But the actual lie is no, they had never been to our house (security cameras would have told us otherwise if they had).More then a month and a half of trying to get in touch with them just to simply schedule to have the doors measured, we were finally able to get in touch and schedule the work. Unfortunately, there was an issue with their scheduling system and we were told that they needed to reschedule a day prior to the appointment. My wife coordinated with them, and were told they would be out the following week. However, an hour after rescheduling, we were contacted by the employee they sent to measure, that they had arrived at our house. ****** had decided to schedule them to come out, and never notified us. Even after we had rescheduled for the next week. At this point, I called ******, who told me a complete lie. She stated that she had talked to my wife, and that my wife had stated she would be home (my wife's call history begs to differ). Either way, I was able to reschedule the appointment to the next day.   The store had the wrong address. we made two attempts and drove 1hr and 10 min from our shop. a lot of stores don't have new addresses when people move. The homeowner failed to update the store with her new address. Many customers were waiting for weeks or months through the pandemic two get someone to their homes. at one point I was booked out for 5 months.

  This is the poorest excuse for trying to push blame on the paying customer. The store ************ DID have the correct address (just checked the paperwork to verify). Also, this was not a new address, as we have been living in the same home for the past several years, which means the store ************ had the correct address (also confused as to where the owner pulled this info from since this is not something ********** asks for, have a feeling they are just attempting to make an excuse). Finally, this review is being left for business that occurred at the middle to end of 2022, not during the middle of the pandemic, so again poor excuse. Also, ********** even stated that this was just a problem Contractor that they don't normally specify. Which is why the management gave me a refund easily, because they had other noted issues. If this is ****** the owner who responded, please try again for developing another excuse.
