    False advertising claims and terrible customer service. ********************** claims their products are certified nontoxic. My husband and I slept on the product for one night and both got very sick. Th mattress is off-gassing highly toxic chemicals. Now, as we try to address the problem, their customer service does not answer the telephone, ever. We have left four voices messages and three emails. No response whatsoever. We now understand their "F" BBB rating.

    trying to get someone to offer me help to return a mattress for 3+ weeks now. zero communication. phone automatically hangs up. returns@ support@ and help @ email address with no response. stop accepting orders until you can offer existing customers support!

    I just would like a phone response to give a complaint, i have no tracking number, and i have not received my product. There is a chat you can use but i did not get a serious reference as far as checking into where my product is at. I ordered on 2/27/23 it is past the 5 business days and i have heard nothing. After reviewing other complaints i see i am just another customer who is not being taken serious, now that you have my money.
