      DO NOT USE THESE HACKS !!!!!!!I purchased a NEW Jacuzzi J245 in Febuary, installed in March. It was leaking by July. Only 4 months old. They sent techs out multiple times, and could not find leaks. The techs do not seem trained. Its more like part time college kids. They shredded the insulation, scratches in wood , etc , looking for leak. I feel like I now own a 20 year old hotub that has had 7 leaks fixed over 20 years. Its was only 4 months old.I have called repeatedly, requesting a manager. It has been 6 weeks now, NO call, NO fix. The hottub now sits on blocks on my patio, thats the way they left it Also leaving pieces of insulation all over my yard and patio.It was suppost to be a fun summer, it it is misery.I field complaints from the family on a daily/weeky basis Go with any other company, you cannot do worse than *****************

      We're sorry that **************** had a problem with his 4-month old ******* hot tub. The tub suddenly started leaking and the water was coming through the foam insulation. The only way we could find the leak was to remove the insulation. Ordinarily, leaks like this in a hot tub are coming from the plumbing - but in this case, the leaks were coming through 3 of the tub's lights because the lenses were cracked. We've never seen that before and in following up with *******'s Tech Support learned that ******* had found this before in a few of their tubs because the lenses were being overtightened in the factory when the tub was manufactured. New lenses are on the way and we'll be able to replace the cracked ones and replace the foam insulation - all done under warranty. We are proud of our service technicians and disagree with ******************** emotional characterization of them.
