      I contracted with Christian M. dba Brothers Estate Management to install 4 new doors. The contract was that I pay $1,500 in Cash and he would professionally install all 4 doors, including 2 entry doors and 2 storm doors, any handles, locks, trim, calk, etc. Christian M.  showed up at 8 AM on 4/27/25 and told me “His guys” were on their way. They got there around 9:15 AM and began the install. Around 3:45 PM Mr. M. walked up my steps to enter my bedroom and said “His Guys” had to leave and said “I do not usually do this but I do not have much cash on me to pay them.” He asked me if I could pay him a portion. He said, “Can you do a $1,000?” I reluctantly agreed. I went downstairs a few minutes later and “His guys” had already left. I tried to open the front storm door and it stuck in the frame and could barely be opened. I told Mr. M. and he tried to fix it but only made it slightly better. He then tells me that he has to finish the back storm door because his guys had to leave. He came to me around 7:15 PM and said he was done. I gave him the balance of the money owed, $500 cash. I tried to lock the front storm door and it would not lock unless you applied a ton of pressure. I told him my 83-year-old mom would not be able to lock that door, but he was not able to fix this problem. He left around 7:35 PM and I have never seen him again. I have discovered many more problems since consulting with other contractors to compile a comprehensive list of issues but they all have been reluctant to “fix another contractor’s mess”. I contacted Mr. M.  a day or two after install via phone voicemail, e-mail, and text message explaining the problems with the doors and that he needed to come back and fix this. He has never responded and went as far as to block me from leaving a review on his Facebook business page. Is Christian M.  License #************ up to date and not expired? I have a TON of info but can't fit it all in with the 2000 character limit.
