      This is the worst moving ever and ***** in the office is nasty. They also stole my side table and broke up all my plates. They never send my keys to ******* after I paid all the money for my furniture. I had to let the police call them that is how I got information on the location of my stuff. But time will tell because they will have to shut this company down.

      If I could give it minus I would.I talked to a representative one day. Told her I was waiting for funds for my move. I called back the next day (today). Got a male this time. He told me I needed to pay $800 deposit for a move scheduled out in July. I told him I couldnt make a deposit until Friday (4 days from now) because I just spent a large sum of money releasing my new residence. He said you dont have money for a deposit but you have money for a place and you are not moving until July? That isnt his business . I hung up. Then I get a text from a representative. Told me to send them a picture of a check and they wont date it until Friday. Asked me to sign an agreement today.None of this sounds legit.

      I am owed $0.60 per pound of items damaged, lost, or otherwise rendered unusable due to the mover negligence. I am submitting a claim for the FOURTH time. The first two times were through movingclaims.net and I was given an abysmal offer relative to the contractual obligation and/or value of the items, and the most recent time was mailed directly to your address at the beginning of January and has not received a response. Note: it is a legal requirement to provide a response within 30 days and it is now over 30 days since that was sent.I have provided all of the documentation including that the total value of the damaged items was $9317, with a weight of ****** pounds, meaning at a rate of $0.60 per pound, I am owed $1266.42. There was also continual negligence and poor moving throughout. Not included in the claim but additional issues during the move:The movers insisted on a large square footage of space used, though not all of it was used, and I was still charged for the higher amount.The movers changed the payment method requiring me significant cost of both time and money to change to the payment method that I was only notified of the day before moving.I was promised that items would be moved directly from my place on August 5 to my new home, yet they were unpacked into warehouses multiple times, causing damage and going back on the verbal agreement.

      Horrible, stay away!!!! The worst communication. It took them over a month to deliver my items and when they did, an ottoman was missing. Ive been trying to get my insurance claim refunded for months. Nobody answers the phone, if they do they just tell you what you want to hear and then nothing happens. Do not use them.

      I was quoted $2300 to move from ******** **** to ***** ******* that they could give me such a good price because they already had a truck going to *******. But AFTER they loaded the truck they said I owed $3700. When I called to complain they said that I didn't have to let them move me. Sure after the truck is loaded and the new owner of my place was moving in the next day. They said that my stuff took up 70% of their large truck but when I had my stuff moved from the storage place they delivered to everything fit into a 14' truck. I have a lot of stuff missing mainly all of my nice expensive accessories and my clothes. I did not hire them they were hired thru a company named ***********. The company also has another name that I found out about later. I thought *********** was the moving company but they are just a broker so beware of them too.

      The worst moving experience Ive ever had. I dont understand how these people get away with so much theft and extortion. They will hold your property hostage for more $$$

      These people are thieves !!! I think they hand pick the boxes they want to steal. Some of the stuff they took can be replaced. But what cant is the quilt my sister made It was made out of pieces of dresses my mother wore. It was the only thing I had left of her. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Like I said they are THIEVES. They should get a zero but u have to pick one star to post the review.

      Do not use the company, Ok so the offer I got was 70 dollars to settle my claim for my move from ************** to ******* and they broke alot my stuff and lost my **** dollar tv. 70 dollars will not work and Moving Claims the company they use to settle claims said they no longer work with the company. I see my TV is still in ****** and have given them the address and they dont care. I have thier Driver on video saying I was overcharged by 200 foot for my move and they dont care .

      This company is AWFUL!!! They tried to change my moving date on the day they were supposed to come. Since I couldn't do that (I had to be out of my apartment the next evening), they changed the time and came late evening (after I'd waited all afternoon). They were angry when they came so the moving manager treated me with so much disrespect. He was yelling at me so loudly until my 9 year old grand-daughter began crying. He hiked up the price saying I had more square footage than the estimate when I had actually sold and removed items from the original list. A crew member sat on my end table punching his fist into his hand as the manager yelled at me and threatened to refuse moving me because he wanted to charge me for something that the broker said I wouldn't be charged for--instead of just calmly telling me I'd have to take that up with the broker. I had never moved across country before and thought they were representing the same company I originally contacted (who has to remain nameless because I signed a disclosure agreement in order to get refunded for those charges). Thirty days maximum is their moving allotment but they delivered my items in 32 days. Several items were broken and because they had me sign a waiver that they had already checked boxes for (my fault for not refusing), I get six cents per pound for the broken items - several of which are priceless family heirlooms. The delivery driver was supposed to give 24 hour notice of delivery and he did but he didn't show up in that time frame. Instead he came a day later and called 30 minutes before arrival saying he was on his way. He showed up with his "friends" to help him carry my things in. He was also rude and nonchalant about the fact that he was not in his delivery window. At first, I refused to receive the shipment before talking to someone. He let me know that I'd have to pay for storage and the office was closed so I couldn't speak to anyone. It was the most horrible service I ever paid for!
