      This place is very efficient when they charge you for a procedure but when they need to explain things to you about how to proceed when a treatment is canceled, they ask you to use the "common sense" instead of explaining how to do things in order to avoid future problems. The way how they treat their "patients" when it's an issue involved is not right, they raise their voice and **** let you explain the situation by saying that everything was explained before.... If you call them trying to solve the problem it's a waste of time, they ****t let you talk, especially ******** the manager of such place. **'s very awkward dealing with this kind of people who doesn't care about how they treat their patients.

      The optical section is even worse. They do not deserve even a one star. Very few people that offer you a service have customer service etiquette or skills. The employees, supervisors and managers all need training in how to treat consumers patronizing their businesses. Everyone seems to be focused on themselves. What happened to simple human courtesy, and interaction? ************* store including *****! Should invest in a customer service training. Aside from a doctor, and one manager which they are lucky to have working for them was the only two that was professional and courteous.

      I would leave -0- stars if it allowed me to. HORRIBLE!!! My sweet, compassionate, INTELLIGENT & COMPETENT ENT retired, unfortunately! I absolutely dread finding a new doctor. I called this office over a month ago to make an appointment. The female that answered was completely ignorant... she had NO clue! Anyway, as I stated, I needed to find a new doctor, so I made the appointment with the hope the doctor was at least knowledgeable. The day before my appointment, they called to confirm. I missed the call; I am hearing impaired & I didn't hear my phone ring, so they took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment! I made this appointment a month & 1/2 ago! Completely unprofessional staff! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
