    Received a rug which cost me a pretty *****. The rug would not lay flat and in fact it folded and created dangerously high mounts all over. They were so high that a toddler tripped and fell. We did everything to get it to lay flat but nothing worked. I contacted rugs USA and they gave me a 15 percent discount towards a future purchase. They would not do anything else to resolve the issue.

    Got this rug delivered and there were small bits of hardened plaster stuck to the surface in various places. Almost like little pebble landmines. One got me in the knees and I was doing the ************************* for 5 minutes. So we had to return it and not only do I have to pay $135 out of pocket but I had to re-package it myself and take it to a ****** Hope you have some extra shower curtains lying around! **************** did not make it easy either, we wait 3 days just to get the shipping label. I told them the rug was defective and they have put in a request to refund me the shipping cost so Ill be updating this review accordingly. Until then, Im down 2 shower curtains and $136 and I have a bruised knee.

    I ordered an outdoor rug from Rugs USA on January 21, ****. I got a notice 2 days later saying that my expected delivery of January 23, **** had a delay and I was to check the tracking status for updates.No updates for 9 days, so I called **************** today (January 30, ****) to find out about the delay. I AM told that my rug HAS BEEN LOST IN TRANSIT - however this company has never notified me of this issue.I cancelled my order today - However I was told there is NO CANCELLATION NUMBER for me and a credit to my credit card will take 7 to 10 days.This is one way to take someones money and hold it, with no intention of providing a product. I did get a ticket number for the cancellation, from Chasca.This is not a reputable company for sure.************************

    BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!Ordered two rugs from here on January 11th. Both shipped from different locations ********** and **********. Ca one was suppose to be here on 1/16 and never got delivered due to delays. I contacted rugsusa several times and was told every time I had to wait ***** hours for them to hear from ****** Well after over a week for movement my rug finally made to the nearest ***** facility. I received word it would be delivered that day 1/21 and then about one hour later I received another email from ***** stating my rug would be delivered on 1/26 instead. It said it had been rerouted to *********, **. I immediately contacted rugsusa and they told me once again I had to wait ***** hours to hear back from ****** So I called ***** and spoke to someone who confirmed to me that someone from rugsusa changed the address on my package. I called rugsusa and told them what happened and they basically made me out to be a liar saying I changed the address. Due to shipping rules I couldnt change the address even if I had wanted to and was told by ***** they had done it. I went on instagram and wrote a complaint and was contacted several minutes later and was finally being helped. Whomever I spoke with fixed the situation and I finally received my rugs. My biggest complaint is though that whoever changed the address to my rug changed it to a residential address and stole my rug. I have picture evidence from ***** that it was delivered. Im absolutely disgusted that this has happened and someone from that company stole my rug. I will never order from this company again.

    I ordered 3 rugs from Rugs USA. Two rugs and premium pads were delivered by FED EX and thrown on the ground right beside bins labeled DELIVERY. Neighborhood dogs destroyed the rugs. Rugs USA was contacted for replacements and I was told it was not their issue. If the delivery person had taken a minute more to place the rugs in the bins, there would be no issue. This is their issue as they chose who delivered my rugs. Rugs USA does not care if you are satisfied with your purchase after they have your money. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

    Got a rug that looked absolutely NOTHING like the image online. Was cut terribly, and smells full of chemicals. Company wont do anything except waive the return fee. When I dont have the space or time to return a huge rug. Maybe if the rug looked like the picture, we wouldnt have this problem. Ridiculous!

    I ordered 3 rugs and rug pads from Rugusa. When they arrived (which was very quick) I fell in love with them. The coloring and the texture. The rug pads were a little bit bigger than the rug itself but that wasnt what I was upset about. I needed to wash the rug finally and I was excited to be able to wash a rug! Once it came out of the dryer we put it back on the floor and noticed it shrunk about 1 inch. Which means the rug pad underneath was being shown even more than before. I washed it in cold cycle and an air dry cycle. I love everything about these rugs except the fact that they shrunk. If they are washable I shouldnt have to worry about them shrinking every time I wash them. Ive washed my hallway runner twice now and both times its shrunk. Im very sad about this.

    I ordered a rug and it was back ordered for months so I went ahead and bought a different one from Rugs USA. I called/emailed/texted the company now 4 times to cancel the first order and they ended up cancelling the wrong order and told me Id have to track the package until it was returned back and reorder myself. Im still trying to cancel the first order for almost 2 months now and talked to 4 people and its still not cancelled or refunded. I received the second rug I ordered and it was so uncomfortable to walk on so I asked to waive the fee for all the inconvenience. They only offered 30% so it would cost me $35.00 to ship back when the rug was $200. Needless to say, Im going to keep it and sell it online. I would not support this company as their employees do not know what they are doing.

    These rugs look cheap. I was less than impressed when they arrived. They do not match the pictures at all and then they charge you an arm and a leg to return them! I would not have left a bad review if they allowed me to return my products that I was unhappy with, at no cost. DO NOT BUY THESE! I spent over a thousand dollars and have to pay hundreds to return a product I am unhappy with. So disappointed. Will be ordering from ruggable!
