    I have signed the contract with AAA liner & Cover Experts Corporation to replace my swimming pool vinyl liner on 2012 June for about $4000. I choosed the company because the company provides lifetime Liner warranty besides the manufacture 15 year warranty on the vinyle liner (this warranty is clearly specified on the contract we signed in 2012, signed contract attached). No pool leaking detection report specified in the contract. In 2022, my swimming pool starts leaking water (no bottom drainer in the pool) and I contacted AAA liner about this issue. AAA liner refuses to send representative to check the pool and ask me to send them a pool leaking detection report which needs to find whether the leaking is. I have contacted other pool service companies and they told me the vinly liner of the pool needs to be replaced. They even told me "a pool leaking detection" is an unreasonable request since they do not know any company will perform this service since finding out a tiny leak in the vinly liner for a green pool 18*36 feet takes a huge amount of work and the result is to change the vinly liner. I have a copy of the replace pool vinly liner work order from ***** ***** ***** ****. to fix the pool. I went back to the AAA liner company and provide a picture of the pool which shows the shallow part of the pool does not have water, and the 3rd pool party's repair statement. But the company insists asking for "a pool leaking detection report" and refuse to provide a businesss name which provides pool leaking detection service. The company refuses to send anyone to check my pool despite I repeatly asked for this. The "pool leaking detection report" requirement is not specified on my original 2012 contact. The representative did not tell me the requirement on 2012. Besides company "Lifetime liner Warranty", my pool liner is in Manufacture 15 years warranties also since the pool is only used for 9 years. Attached is my 2012 contract(containing warranty enlarged).
