    Purchased 2 toilets from ********** made by Glacier Bay. After installation and supplied the water, the toilet failed. Water start fountain from the tank and never stopped. I had to shut the water off and called technical support due to company provide live time warranty and not to mention the product failed out from box. I explained to support what is going on and have put on hold, after few minutes the call was disconnected, I called them again and nobody answered my call, I did call during the business hours. I called ********** however no help either. Since I am a plumber, I had to troubleshoot myself what is going on with the product and found that water shutoff valve seal missing, I ran to the store and luckily ********** had it in stock, after replacing the seal problem was solved. I am very disappointed with the service from Glacier Bay, they stated its lifetime warranty, so if you the guarantee this then they should stand behind their product and provide necessary service or help to resolve any issue with it. ********** needs to step up the game and provide the service needs to resolve the issue.
