    This past weekend we took our dogs, **** & ***** *********, for an overnight at the Barker Lounge. When we went to pick them up, they brought out 2 dogs, one which was our dog, the other was not. We actually almost had the dog in our car when we realized either something really bad happened to **** or it wasn't our dog. The people on staff repeatedly told us it was ****. The girl who brought them out took pictures and said she would find out what happened. Well, what happened was,, they brought us the wrong dog!
    We had already paid for the stay and were both in such shock we left not asking for a refund or some compensation for the mix up. I was going to let everything go, except not one person from there has called to check on our dog or extend an apology for the mixup. Also, according to the website it is $65/night with a discount on the 2nd dog. I was charged $172.75, with no receipt. I would like a full refund for the upset they caused and to know we will never bring our dogs, nor recommend them to anyone.

    We made an error when **** went home by bringing out the wrong dog. There were 2 dogs in the facility that looked the same, were the same color, weight, and both males. The customer was concerned that **** looked different and were unsure themselves if it was their dog. We recognized the error and brought out a healthy and happy ***** I was out that weekend and when I returned on that Tuesday I called and apologized for the mix up. We provided a boarding service and cared for **** and ***** on their stay. The dogs were happy and healthy when returned to their owners and a refund isn't warranted.

    On February 9th, 2024, I made a reservation for both of my dogs Harmony & Jumper for day care. Around 10AM I received a call from the daycare stating that they will no longer accept Harmony at the daycare because of her behavior. They tried to work with her in, however, she has not gotten better, so they will not accept her anymore. I understood that, however, I have a remaining 6-day care days that I would like the company to refund me. I bought a package of 20 day dare days on 10/25/23 and have 6 left which will expire on 10/25/24. All I want is my money back as I enrolled my dog somewhere else.

    This customer purchased a 20 pack of daycare on 10/25/2023 for $640.00 and had 6 daycare days remaining. 20 days at $640 equates to $32 a day. I sent a check for $192 which was cashed by her on 02/26/2024. In her complaint she attached pricing from 2024, and referenced only a single day price. Our rates went up 01/01/24.
