      I received a call on Wed related to an oil delivery and the message stated that oil couldn't be delivered because no one was home. I called this morning and was told ******** stated that, which is not true as my father passed away in 2016 and the oil has been being delivered and the bills have been paid. I called and left two messages for the corporate person and have not received a call back yet. There will be a code Blue in ************, ** this weekend and I am 65 years old and a 100% service connected Veteran. I want the automatic refill to be done as it has been done as recent as Sept 2024.

      An oil delivery was scheduled for the customer on 11/27/24. The delivery instructions stated "Must call for shutdown" of the burner system. The customer was called upon arrival and did not answer the phone and a message was left that we attempted delivery but no one was there to shut down the unit. We again scheduled the delivery for 12/2/24 and called the customer. No one was home at the time of delivery and we left a message again. The customer called complaining as to why we keep calling her as there is no need to just make the delivery. I called the customer back and received her voice mail. I left a message that the  delivery would be done today 12/2/24 and that I would remove the "Must call for shutdown" from her delivery instructions going forward. I also stated if she needed any other assistance to please call us back. No call was ever received. Customers tank was not low on oil. We always follow the wishes of our customers for delivery. If for any reason customers no longer request a particular action we will gladly follow the new instructions.
