    My wife nearly had two toes ripped off on one of their water rides at the waterpark. Their medical staff and Security helped her off of the ride and bandaged her foot and helped her to their office, where she was then put in one of their ambulances and sent to the nearby hospital. That is where their assistance ended! They never reached out to the hospital, nor us after taking all of our information Right after the incident happened. Now they will not answer any phone calls or emails and it has been several days as I am looking to get their insurance information to pay the hospital bill that they sent her to for the injury that they said they would take care of! The hospital that she was taken to (******************************) told us that they see people all the time come in to their hospital from injuries obtained at the American Dream Mall waterpark! Right after my wife was injured, one of the gentleman that was helping her told the ride attendant that the ride needed to be shut down. We looked at their website the next day, and it said the ride was closed! One speaking to the New Jersey State police, which the hospital recommended we do, they called and said that there was an accident report filled out by the American Dream Mall staff, but they never reached out to the New Jersey state police which are stationed in the next building over which they are supposed to with every injury like my wifes he told us! The New Jersey state trooper we spoke with said, and I quote I hate that place and the people that work there. he said he could tell us about so many terrible injuries that have occurred there and again he stated that they dont reach out to the New Jersey state police like they are supposed to with each one! it has been four days now since my wife literally almost had her two toes ripped off due to something sticking out of the wall in their water ride and I cannot get a hold of absolutely anybody to get this issue resolved or some insurance information!
