On November 26, 2021 I received a pair of sunglasses that I paid $176.16 on the Revo website. The glasses came with a 2 year warranty. The glasses recently began to become loose at the bridge that holds the lenses together so I emailed customer service with my problem and the responded by sending me a link to the warranty/ repair department and give them a description of my problem with a picture of the glasses which I did. I received an email this morning that reads as follows:

Thank you for reaching out to Revo Customer Care.

We sincerely apologize. Currently our repair and lens replacement services are not available. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any repairs or send out any replacement parts. We do hope to resume this service in the future, but at this time, that date has yet to be determined.

As a courtesy, we would like to offer you a 30% discount code to replace your damaged item with a brand-new pair.
    Please use code: ************
This code is valid for ONE pair of sunglasses on ONE occasion. It may only be used on our website, * ********

Basically they are telling me that the warranty is worthless and offered me a discount to spend more money with them for glasses with a worthless warranty.

I bought a expensive pair of revo shades. I know to be very careful since I have bought over 4 pairs because I need the lenses. Anyways the cheap frames take a lot of stress from being a rimless design and because of this the hinge s**** fell out for no reason while driving. This is a issue that's covered under warranty but revo is making things difficult
