      Employs ******* ***** of Scottsdale, ** and her 15-years younger jailbird husband she picked up at ** to promote products. ******* buys her social media following and she has had extensive plastic surgery. It's not diet and fitness and Lifepro equipment- Fraud in advertising!

      WISH I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ONE STAR.... Lost my job 4 months ago due to downsizing so my fiance' has been working extra hours and cannot get to the gym/sauna. Been saving up little by little from unemployment to buy her LifePro's sauna blanket - almost $400. Paid extra for expedited delivery to be sure I had it for Christmas. Status of package on app states "delivered two hours ago" - I have nothing. Couldn't get anyone to speak with but finally got an email response. *** trying to tell me we will have to take steps to resolve- not sure how long it will take being the holiday season. I responded with more questions and got nothing back - silence. What steps? I paid, you didn't send the product . So I now have nothing -not even money left to buy her something else for Christmas..... Thank you LifePro for making a horrible financial position even more difficult on our family. Somehow you managed to make our Christmas even worse... At least you got your money

      Ordered my red ************* belt 11/30/24 and there has been no change to the status of the order. I wish I had done a bit of digging into the legitimacy of this company. Let me save you all the trouble and tell you not to waste your time or money! I asked customer service if they had productions issues due to the holiday, but was told an implausible excuse. This left me with little trust in this company and the feeling I was being scammed. I just canceled my order and am waiting on a refund...we'll see if that comes through...

      I purchased the Lifepro Vibration Plate (Rhythm) unit. When I opened the box I discovered it was missing the wiring for the support column and missing screws needed to attach the top console. I sent several emails to customer support and after 3 days I was told to call **************** Direct. When I reached their 800 number, I was told it would take an additional 3 to 4 days to obtain a tracking number for a replacement unit. Totally disappointed, I asked to speak with a Supervisor. I was told a Supervisor would call me back but would tell me the same thing. I will never buy anything from Lifepro again. This company is not customer focused. Buyer beware.

      This place is full of C*** Let me tell you, they dont really do anything besides talk people into thinking that somehow they NEED LifePro, when they really dont! Above all, *** Nevajens is the WORST OF THE WORST!! FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE PERSON, and NOT a real sales leader!! This place really suffered when the FOUNDER suffered health issues and *** had to become the face of LifePro. Ask anyone ..:*** is a plastic, fake, manipulative POS. Dont do business with ***!!!

      I purchased the sauna mat and love it so far. I'm 6' tall and the XL is perfect, with plenty of room for someone tall(er). High quality product, responsive customer service, everything is as described and exceeds expectations.

      LifePro Fitness is a *********** that backs its products with a lifetime warranty. I have purchased a whole body vibration platform as well as a red laser therapy device from them. The build quality is top notch and the customer service and training videos are also exceptional. I highly recommend LifePro for their quality and service as well as their innovative product line.

      Purchased two products. Received both products. Opened the neck wrap and used it. It wouldn't recharge fully after 36 hours. I reached out to customer service. I was told a replacement would be sent out. After a couple weeks, I received nothing. I have attempted multiple emails and phone calls. Each phone call I was told they would escalate this issue. When I send an email, I am told that they are out of stock and if they come back into stock they will send me one. I have asked multiple times for a return label. Since waiting, I have exceeded the 30 day window to return the unopened product, but I don't want either product now because I fully understand that they don't stand behind their products. When I submit a review (which oddly enough NEVER show up on the review site), I am told to please reach out by email or phone (VERY difficult to reach a live person) and they will make it right. But, that never happens. It's an endless cycle of lies. I have ALL documentation of calls and emails. What I don't have is any resolution.

      I love this thing! We have the ******** platform and it is amazing! It really does help to tone up and for recovery. We have all pulled a muscle or strained some part of our bodies and just 20min on maybe 30 power has helped, softened and relieved the pain! I was skeptical at first but after hurting my back from a tumble down the stairs, this machine helped me to relax and not feel so stiff and achy. I was so surprised !! I recommend it completely ! It is a great investment ! Not just another toy to archive when we get tired of it. We have ours in the family room where the tv is and instead of turning into couch potatoes we take turns getting on and doing some exercises on it while we watch tv!
