    After already needing to replace this once due to it breaking, only a few months after replacement, the new one is broken again. Using the recommended litter, it clogs up and the gears break and comes off track. Littermaid refuses to make good on the warranty. Even though it's been over a year since initial purchase, the replacement is only a few months old and already broken.

    I purchased their product on July 18th 2022. They state they have a one year warranty, and if anything goes wrong they will send a replacement item or a full refund. I have attempted to contact them since January and their responses have been minimal and delayed. When I attempt to call them during business hours they say they are closed. When I do get an email back i have to re explain everything and resend all the information all over again. They are now telling me they will only refund me 44$ and will not replace their broken unit. I either need a new unit or a full refund so I can purchase a new unit. 44$ does not make me whole.
