      Buyer BEWARE! This Company is a scam, I filed claim for my hvac system it was denied. This company is not about keeping it word when it comes to any of your claim. Stay away!

      Worst company ever I have had 2 issues, first was microwave, Decided they couldn't fix it. Would give me $150.00 toward a replacement. It took 10 months to get the check. Now my fridge broke, was freezing food. Had a tech diagnose it and they sent a part. Took til Dec 19 for the repair. 2 days later food was frozen again. Took until *** 9th to get a tech out. He thought he could get the parts, but they aren't available. Jan 11 warranty said they would not fix it and offered me $200.00 towards a replacement. Reimburse me a total of $350.00 for 2 appliances. Just don't I am canceling my policy.

      If 0 stars is possible it would be 0 for this horrible company. They collect money and do nothing when items break. My fridge was beyond repair stated by their technician and rather than follow their policy of replacement , they offered us NOTHING! Even though the diagnosis was covered under their policy. This company is a load of ****

      This company so called ***************** warranty is a total scam you cant get hold of anybody when you really need them and once by a miracle you get hold of someone to describe your issue they give you the run around . Please do not sign up with them they are a total fraud

      If I could give zero stars I would. Nothing is as they say it is. **************** is very rude and poor contract says you can cancel at any time under certain circumstances, but they refuse to let you cancel. It has to be a mutual agreement, and they refuse. They charge you $125 for a service call and then write you a check for $200 to replace, your appliance $75 for appliances a slap in the face when the appliance was only two years old

      Service Plus is a scam. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. My A/C failed and a technician sent by Service Plus. The technician told me it was the compressor and he would have to discuss the coverage with the warranty provider. I knew then it was going to be denied. *********** the A/C. It was the was the compressor. The claim (******) was updated by the A/C company and as many other reviews noted it was denied. The said it was not normal wear and tear and that the unit was overworked. They said this was according to the technician notes. Complete nonsense. The unit has been cleaned and maintained.The technician never told me the unit was overworked and stated that he had never worked with Service Plus. My opinion is that A/C companies sign up with Service Plus knowing they will only need to collect the service fee and never need to do repairs. When I called for the update Service Plus said that I could get my own second opinion. So pay someone else to come out despite paying for the policy for months. SCAM, SCAM SCAM No cancellation until the term ends. Just stuck paying for nothing. Don't buy this service.

      I have canceled my membership 8 months ago and this company is still not only trying to take payment, but harassing me with phone calls.1. The associate requested I contact their cancelation department once again to have them complete the process on their end. Who does that.2. Why are they not honoring my cancelation. I do not need the service. 3. This customer service is absolutely horrible.

      I can't get anyone on the phone made a claim 2 weeks for roof leak still no word . Why are they always closed ? I'm not very impressed with this no service company . *************************

      This is the worst warranty company I have experienced in my life! It was more than 1 year when they sent part of a refund for my hot water tank. Not all of it they only refunded part of what I was charged!
